新北市偏遠地區國小高年級學童口腔保健行為及其相關因素之探討

Abstract

本研究應用KAP模式加入自我效能理論,進行新北市偏遠地區國小高年級學童口腔保健行為現況調查以及相關因素探討。研究對象為108學年上學期就讀新北市偏遠地區之市立國小高年級學童,採自填問卷調查,共得有效之樣本248份,有效回收率87.63%,研究之重要結果有: 一、研究對象「口腔衛生知識」、「口腔衛生態度」及「口腔衛生自我 效能」為中上程度,「口腔衛生社會支持」為中等。 二、在口腔衛生知識方面,六年級優於五年級,女生優於男生,學業表 現前三分之一者及高家庭社經地位者,學童的口腔衛生知識較好。 三、研究對象之口腔保健行為與口腔衛生知識、口腔衛生態度、口腔衛 生自我效能及口腔衛生社會支持皆呈現正相關。 四、經複迴歸分析結果,研究對象之「學業表現前三分之一」、「BMI 適中」、「高家庭社經地位」、「口腔衛生自我效能」及「口腔衛 生社會支持」等五個變項,對「口腔保健行為」的解釋總變異量為 48.1%,其中以「口腔衛生自我效能」最具影響力。 最後,根據研究結果分析,提出具體建議,做為未來偏遠地區學童研擬口腔保健促進活動及相關計畫實施之參考。
The purpose of this research was to apply self-efficacy and KAP Model in an oral health behavior questionnaire survey for the 5th and 6th grade elementary school students in the remote areas of New Taipei City. The research participants were 5th and 6th grade students enrolled in the elementary schools in the remote areas of New Taipei City during 2019 fall semester. A total of 248 valid data were collected with the return rate of 87.63%. The following results were obtained from this research: 1.The research subjects were good in oral health knowledge, oral health attitude and oral health self-efficacy but were moderate in oral health social support. 2.6th graders performed better oral health knowledge than 5th graders. Female students tend to exhibit better oral health knowledge than males. Students from high social-economic status family and with top one third academic performance in class had better oral health knowledge. 3.The students' oral health behavior were positive correlated with their oral health knowledge, attitude, self- efficacy, and social support. 4.Multiple regression analysis results showed students with top one third academic performance in class, normal BMI, high family social-economic status, oral health self-efficacy and oral health social support can predict the variances of oral health behavior by 48.1%. Oral health self-efficacy is the most relevant factor to predict oral health behavior. Based on this research results, practical suggestions are provided to improve student’s oral health behavior in the remote areas.
