dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討科技大學工業類科五專學生就讀動機、學習滿意度與生涯發展之關聯性,採用問卷調查法蒐集資料,鑒於文獻探討與相關理論依據,修訂就讀動機、學習滿意度與生涯發展等量表,以非隨機便利性的抽樣方式,採取就讀108學年度至112學年度的科技大學工業類科五專學生進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷計310份,有效問卷回收率為91.72%,進行彙整與歸納分析。本研究採用SPSS 22統計軟體,進行描述統計、t檢定考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關分析,以及運用AMOS 26軟體進行結構方程式模型等統計方法加以資料處理與分析。研究結果供教育行政機關及未來相關學術研究參考,利於瞭解青少年的內外在需求,進行政策制定與適性輔導,並提供多元自我探索機會,協同青少年為未來進路規劃。本研究結果如下: 一、科技大學工業類科五專學生就讀動機、學習滿意度與生涯發展之現況呈現中高程度以上。 二、不同背景變項科技大學工業類科五專學生就讀動機、學習滿意度與生涯發展具有顯著差異。 三、科技大學工業類科五專學生就讀動機、學習滿意度與生涯發展具有正向關係。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe research explored the relationship among enrollment motivation, learning satisfaction and career development for junior college students of industrial subject in university of technology. As the research object of questionnaire survey method to collect data. According to the literature review and relevant theoretical basis, revise the scale of enrollment motivation, learning satisfaction and career development for junior college students of industrial subject in university of technology are revised. With the non-random convenience sampling, taking the questionnaire survey was conducted on students from of 108th to 112th academic years in junior college of industrial subject in university of technology, and 310 valid questionnaires were recovered. The recovery rate of valid questionnaires was 91.72%. The data were aggregated and analyzed.As for data analysis methods, descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling were adopted by using SPSS 22 statistical software and AMOS 26 software. The result was used as reference for educational administrative agencies and future related academic research, which will help to understand the internal and external needs of teenagers, carry out policy formulation and appropriate guidance, provide multiple opportunities for self-exploration, and collaborate with teenagers to plan their future paths.The following results were obtained:1. The current situation of enrollment motivation, learning satisfaction and career development for junior college students of industrial subject in university of technology showed the medium to high level.2. There are significant differences in the enrollment motivation, learning satisfaction and career development for junior college students of industrial subject with different backgrounds in university of technology.3. There is a positive relationship among enrollment motivation, learning satisfaction and career development for junior college students of industrial subject in university of technology.en_US
