學校選擇與準市場的分析研究

Abstract

學校選擇與準市場是一九八○年代以來主要國家（英、法、德、美、澳、湍典）中等教育的發展趨勢，在教育鬆綁的思潮下，過去政府規畫的中等教育分流（分軌）制度逐漸改以學校選擇與準市場的面貌出現。本文研究歸結如下：（一）學校選擇與準市場已成為主要國中等教育發展的主流，（二）主要國家教育選擇的意識型態與相關因素不同，（三）教育選擇有十一項重要原則及觀念。

School choice and quasi-market are 1980s developed countries' (England & Wales, France, Germany, United States, Australia, and Sweden) growing tendency of secondary education. In the popular ideas of educational deregulation, although government plans diversity of secondary education in the past, this now has gradually translated into appearances of school choice and quasi-market. The conclusions of study list below: 1.School choice and quasi-market have been the mainstream of developed countries' secondary education. 2.The ideology of educational choice and related factors of developed countries are different. 3.Educational choice has eleven important principles and ideas.
