國中國語文多元文化新住民議題課程教學之行動研究

Abstract

臺灣社會近幾年來東南亞、中國等跨國婚姻持續開放,越來越多新住民子女進入國中小就讀。根據教育部統計資料顯示,109學年各級學校新住民子女學生數車超過三十萬人,且有逐年增加的趨勢,於此衍生出的教育問題及多元文化新住民議題的關注儼然是學校單位不容忽視的重要課題。本研究旨在透過行動研究的歷程,發展與實施一份國中國語文多元文化新住民議題教學的課程方案,藉以探究與瞭解本課程方案對於提升學生的新住民文化認知程度,覺察並降低學生對新住民的刻板印象與偏見,以及對不同文化族群的接納、尊重、包容的學習成果。研究結論如下: 一、多元文化新住民課程方案發展是持續性滾動修正與調整的歷程 二、學生在多元文化新住民議題的知、情、技,特別是情意態度方面有顯著提升 三、新住民議題課程行動研究覺醒教師多元文化意識並提升專業素養
In recent years, Taiwanese society has continued to open up for cross-nation marriages in Southeast Asia and China so more and more children of new immigrant residents have entered junior high schools and elementary schools for study. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Education, in the 2010 academic year, the number of children of new immigrant residents in all schools exceeded 300,000 and it is a trend increasing every year. The educational issues and multicultural new immigrant resident topics have been drawn attention by all schools and become an important issue that can not be neglected.This research aims to develop and implement a curriculum scheme allowing the topic of multicultural new residents entering into Chinese language teaching through the process of action research so as to explore and understand the effect of this curriculum scheme on improving students cultural recognition of new immigrant residents, reducing students stereotypes and prejudices of new immigrant residents, and learning acceptance, respect and tolerance toward different cultural residents.The results of follows:1.The new resident curriculum plan is a development process of continuous rolling revision and adjustment.2.Students have grown in the three aspects of multicultural cognition, affection and skill behavior of new resident issues.3.Through the integration of new resident issues into Chinese language teaching, it helps teachers to diversify professional growth in multicultural education.
