dc.description.abstractRashba spin-orbital coupling發生於二維的三五族半導體系統中,是由於自旋-軌道偶合與缺乏空間反轉對稱所造成的,使得電子依自旋方向可分為兩個態λ+與λ-,所以我們將電子束縛於x-y平面,形成二維電子氣(2DEG),並以某角度射向有限位壘(V)。位壘內外皆有Rashba coupling的作用,位壘內外的Rashba coupling constant皆為α,計算分析當電子以λ-態對位壘穿隧時,位壘內共振的情形與電子對位壘的穿透率,反射率。zh_TW
