社區學院領導階層角色之探析

Abstract

本文旨在介紹美國社區學院發展沿革與現況，包括教育對象、課程規劃、師資、經費資源與經營策略。次為瞭解臺灣地區推動社區學院的背景與方向，並提供轉化領導的理念，作為社區學院領導階層角色之參考。

The purpose of this article was, first, to introduce the history and status of the sommunity colleges in American, including the different students' status, curriculum designing, teachers' qualification, funds and resources, and the managing strategy. Second, to realize the background and planning orientation of the community colleges in Taiwan. Third, to porvide the idea of transformational leadership style for playing the roles of leadership in the community colleges.
