dc.description.abstractGoogle 將「我想知道」、「我想去」、「我想做」和「我想買」這四種巨量且短暫的時刻稱為「關鍵時刻」,這是使用者需求與品牌或服務交叉的時刻。同時 Google 也為關鍵時刻訂定了「關鍵時刻行動策略」(Mobile Strategies ),分別是「Be There」、「Be Useful」和「Be Quick」。本研究進行國際會議活動 App 服務的內容分析,並以關鍵時刻的行動策略作為觀察指標,藉此歸納出國際會議活動 App 的內容特性,並且提出改善建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractMicro-moments are critical touch points within today’s consumer journey, and when added together, they ultimately determine how that journey ends. The study will analyze the services of conference event apps from the perspective of micro-moment proposed by Google. By observing the responses of the conference apps at micro-moments, the most important features of this type of application are summarized.en_US
