Abstract
本研究旨在探討壽險業務人員的工作生活品質對工作投入之影響,以及逆境商數與工作生活品質的交互作用是否對其工作投入造成影響。
為達上述研究目的,本研究的研究對象選擇民營壽險公司之北區通訊處,年資一年以上的業務人員。研究方法採用問卷調查法,以工作生活品質、工作投入與逆境商數量表取得所需之研究資料,共計發放360份問卷,回收有效問卷214份,有效回收率59.4%。而後將資料進行統計分析,並提出下列研究結論:
一、壽險業務人員對工作生活品質知覺程度偏高。
二、壽險業務人員擁有高逆境商數。
三、壽險業務人員對工作生活品質的生存需求構面知覺程度越高,則其工作投入越高。
四、壽險業務人員對工作生活品質的關係需求構面知覺程度越高,則其工作投入越低。
五、壽險業務人員對工作生活品質的成長需求構面知覺程度越高,則其工作投入越高。
六、高逆境商數的壽險業務人員於生存需求較差之環境,會有較好的工作投入。
七、高逆境商數之壽險業務人員,對於較複雜、具挑戰性之工作,有較好的工作投入。
This research aimed to investigate the effect of quality of working life on job involvement of life insurance company agents, and how the interactive effects between the Adversity Quotient and quality of working life influence job involvement. To accomplish the above purpose, the subjects of this study were agents who have been working for more than ony year in the north agency office. The questionnaire was used to examine quality of working life, job involvement, and Adversity Quotient. There were 360 questionnaires, 214 effective questionnaires. Through statistical analysis of the data, the following conclusions were obtained. 1.Life insurance agents have better satisfaction of life than average. 2.Adversity Quotient of life insurance agents is above average. 3.The more agents perceived existence needs of quality of working life, the more their job involvement will be. 4.The more agents perceived relatedness needs of quality of working life, the less their job involvement will be. 5.The more agents perceived growth needs of quality of working life, the more their job involvement will be. 6.For those agents with high Adversity Quotient score, they will have better job involvement under low existence needs condition. 7.For those agents with high Adversity Quotient score, they will have better job involvement in the complex and challenging works.
