想像力應用於插畫創作之研究
Abstract
不論在當代美學或各行各業的運用範疇中，想像力對於現代人來說是一種相當具備研究淺力的內容。由於其抽象與難以掌控的性質，使想像力的奧秘至今尚未完全被研究者所揭發，對於研究者來說，這是一個相當值得探索的議題。本研究本質上屬於理論與應用創作性研究，著重於創造性發明階段中想像時期的繪畫想像力研究方法論。在研究中，共分為五大流程來探討想像力的生成與觸媒等相關條件，其中包含資料彙整、自我實驗〈實驗一〉、想像力插畫實驗〈實驗二〉、 確認機制以及作品創作等步驟，逐一對想像力的各種可能性做試驗與釐清，針對本研究之研究成果有下列幾點：
一、 想像力的種類：想像力的種類細節繁多，大致上可分為可控制想像力與不可控制想像力，而經由國內外文獻搜集與整理，不可控制想像力涵蓋聯想、強迫、妄想、錯覺、夢境、幻覺等…，而可控制想像力中分為創造性與非創造性兩大類，非創造型涵蓋模擬與憂慮，創造性則包括視覺、預期性、代替性想像等細節。
二、 人類對想像力媒介的偏好：人們在思考時對於想像力使用的媒介具有其偏好，經由兩次研究、一對一想像力訪談以及數據統整後發現，視覺想像中之重現想像為人類最常運用之範疇。
三、 想像力於地點、時間的影響：針對地點、時間的不同變因，經過實驗後發現
時間因素並非影響想像力激發關鍵；相反的，地點因素卻可能間接的影響想像力創作生成。人們較常於安靜、私密之空間創作並且引發想像力，經由訪談後確認，隱蔽之個人空間有助於想像性思考。
