Abstract

  本研究旨在探討現今社區大學發展模式朝社會企業觀點發展之益處與重要性。目的是設計出一份良好的評鑑量表,以達成評鑑之目標,助於社區大學發展,期許能夠使社區大學發揮其創始理念之功能:解放國家制式體制下的知識意識形態,創建知識以主體經驗為中心的公民社會。   社區大學現今面臨許多發展之困境,以至於無法發揮上述之功能。研究者發現社大若能夠轉型成為社會企業,不只能夠解決經營經費來源並達成自給自足的目標,更可藉此提升社會影響力,創造自身價值。   本研究採取深度訪談及德惠法,討論並建構出最適切之量表指標。有鑑於現今社大現況各校差異大且多面臨發展困境,亦未有轉型社會企業之趨勢,因此並不採用統計量化的數值來評估,而是設計成由社大做自我評量,指標由0到5分由不符合到符合,藉此提供社大轉型之方向,因此此份指標應屬原則性指標。當各社大普遍能依照這份量表自評後達到良好的水平時才適合出現另一份有統一標準的定義性數值量表。
The purpose of this essay is to investigate the advantages and the importances of the model of Community College nowadays developing towards Social Enterprise. Designing a well formed evaluation scale to helps Community College’s progress and tend to accomplish the founding ideas, which are liberating people from the knowledge ideology of the nation system and creating a civil society with subject-experience-centre knowledges. Community College faces many chanllanges. If it change into Social Enterprise not only can solve funding problem but also can promote the social impact and enhance the value itself. This study is conducted by focus group and Delphi Method in order to discussing the most suitable index. In consideration of the great differences between nowadays Community Colleges and the problems they have, the index standard will be principle rather than quantative. The evaluation scale will be carried out by the colleges themselves, and the index will be pointed from 0: non-corresponding to 5: corresponding. Therefore, Community Colleges will have a transformating directions to Social Enterprise. After the most of Community Colleges get high point of this evaluation scale, another evaluation scale with uniform standard and quantative index should be designed then.
