Abstract
國立科學園區實驗高級中等學校雙語部為臺灣公立學校中獨特的教育體制,為滿足科學園區員工子女教育需求,其設置的背景形成特殊的雙文化脈絡,本研究旨在探究國立科學園區實驗高級中等學校雙語部所面臨的輔導工作挑戰與因應,透過立意取樣招募曾從事或協助雙語部輔導工作的研究參與者進行訪談,並採用內容分析法進行資料分析,歸納雙語部輔導工作所面臨的挑戰與因應策略,研究成果將有助於國內倍數增長的國立科學園區實驗高級中等學校雙語部的輔導實務工作,並可作為未來政府制訂雙語部政策與制度的參考與借鏡。
The Bilingual Department of the National Experimental High School at the Science Parks represents a unique case among public schools in Taiwan, designed to meet the educational needs of children of science park employees. This context creates a distinctive bilingual and bicultural environment. This study aims to explore the challenges and strategies related to the counseling work within the Bilingual Department of the National Experimental High School at the Science Parks. Using purposive sampling, the study recruited participants who have engaged in or assisted with counseling work in the Bilingual Departments for interviews, and data were analyzed using content analysis. The findings on the challenges and strategies of counseling work will contribute to the practical counseling work of the Bilingual Departments of the National Experimental High Schools at the Science Parks across Taiwan. Moreover, the results may serve as a reference for future government policies and regulations concerning Bilingual Departments.
