| dc.description.abstract | 智能障礙者是社會的一分子，在社會環境中，他們真實扮演著如常人一般的社會角色，其既存的角色不會因為社會的輕忽而消失。在現今層出不窮的社會新聞中，其中不乏智能障礙者犯罪或成為犯罪受害者的消息;儘管目前鮮少證據支持智能障礙和犯罪傾向或犯罪行為有關聯，但在與智障者有關的文獻中，乃顯示智能障礙者在監獄出現的比率，較一般場合出現的比率高，而智障者往往也較易成為犯罪行為的受害者。 本文將從（一）智能障礙與犯罪之相關問題；（二）犯罪體系下之智障受害者等層面，探討智障者常接觸之法律相關課題，期能喚起社會大眾及教育單位，對智障者法律權益和法治教育的重視與關心。 | zh_tw |

This article will focus on (1)crime-related issues and mental disabilities, and (2)victims with mental disabilities in the criminal justice system.
