Abstract
近年來,生活條件的豐足,使人們將生命的眼光望向幸福與意義的追求。本研究目的為透過高幸福感之中年人的故事敘說深入探索社會文化如何建構生活,幸福與生命意義如何在挫折中轉化與昇華。研究參與者透過立意選取及滾雪球的方式,邀請4名50歲以上具有高幸福感的人士,4名皆為女性。本研究透過半結構式的敘事訪談進行資料搜集,所得資料以敘事研究法分析歸納生命主題及事件。研究結果以四階段模式呈現幸福的生命意義:(1)生活情境下建構的自我:文化教育、社會經濟、手足排行;(2)統整的人我關係:投射認同、個體化與關係經驗;(3)自我靈性的探求:展現真我與展開生命任務;(4)幸福感中的生命意義。從早年經驗到成年,將生命事件連接成幸福曲線,看見早期正向關係經驗的重要,對比個體在生命經歷挫折之際,如何觀照內在小孩、調整自我思維,運用正向力量與創造力,展現生命獨特的風格。最後,針對研究討論提出諮商實務及未來研究之建議。
The life story constructs the meaning of life. The purpose of this study is to explore how culture establishes ego conception, how experiences build the meaning of happiness, and how frustrations and failures transferred into positive meaning in life.Using narrative research to discover the meaningful life, the author interviewed 4 participates, age 61 to 65 well-being women. The interview guideline was semi-structured and the questions were included early life stories, role models, working experience, marriage, and other important life events. In the process of data analysis, the author collected early life stories of happiness and loss to find out what the culture and experiences affect narrators. To ensure the validity of the analysis, the author discussed those life themes with analysis assistant and narrators until we all agreed. The study reveals that four parts of structures are related the happiness and the meaning of life: (1) social environment: The Chinese traditional culture, social economy, and the sibling position; (2) developing object constancy: Projective identification and the integrative and differential relationships; (3) searching for self: Being a real person and developing life tasks; (4) the meaning of life of well-being.The early life and the depression influence people a lot; however, the most important thing is how she/he improves self-awareness and sublimates into a fully functional person. When people think life as a journey, they would like to take an adventure. People exploring more about their roles would help them to be more creative and positive in their life.
