五專校長領導方式與教師工作滿意關係之研究

dc.description.abstract由許多的實證研究得知:工作滿意和離職及曠職的關係為負相關(註一)。也就是說,工作不滿意的程度愈高,離職率及曠職率亦隨之增加。就學校而言,如學校校長僅強調機構的效能與組織的目標,而忽略了成員的動機、價值與需要,則終將無法結合成員的意志,難以集中其力量,組織的效能雖一時或可提高,然終必無法長期保持。另據葛林伍及沙爾(C. E. Greenwood & R.S. Soar)的研究顯示,對教學工作感到滿意的教師,除較能接受學生外,亦較會提供學生更多的發言機會(註二)。由上可知,教師之工作態度是否積極、工作是否滿意,對學校組織之運作以及個人生活的品質,均極重要。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThe major purposes of this study are:(1)to survey the differences of teachers' job satisfaction under the principals' leadership styles in five─year junior colleges,(2)to find the correlations between them, and(3)to make some suggestions for improving the five─year junior college education based on the findings of this study.en_US
