體育實習教師知覺實習成效與需求之研究

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解體育實習教師知覺實習成效情況，並同時探討體育實習教師知覺實習需求情形，以及分析在不同背景變項體育實習教師知覺實習成效與實習需求之差異。研究方法採用問卷調查，以國立臺灣師範大學、國立彰化師範大學、國立高雄師範大學、國立體育大學、國立臺灣體育運動大學與輔仁大學，於民國102年8月到實習學校的體育實習教師為研究對象，獲致以下結論： 一、體育實習教師在半年的教育實習期間，整體知覺實習成效表現為「普通偏符合」的程度，其知覺實習成效以「教學實習」成效最佳，而「行政實習」成效排序最後。 二、體育實習教師在半年的教育實習期間，整體知覺實習需求表現為「普通偏重要」的程度，其知覺實習需求以「教學實習」需求最大，而「行政實習」需求排序最後。 三、體育實習教師知覺實習成效不會因教育背景、校別與協助管理運動校隊的不同而有所差異。但，體育實習教師在性別和實習學校的不同具顯著差異。 四、體育實習教師知覺實習需求不會因性別、教育背景、校別與協助管理運動校隊的不同而有所差異。但，體育實習教師在實習學校的不同具顯著差異。

Abstract

This study purports to investigate the condition of P.E. internship teachers’ perception of effects and at the same time discuss their needs in such circumstances. This study also analyzes the differences between P.E. internship teachers’ perception of effects and needs in different backgrounds. The methodology adopted is questionnaires based on P.E. internship teachers registering in August, 2013 in National Taiwan Normal University, National Changhua University of Education, National Kaohsiung Normal University, National Taiwan Sport University, National Taiwan College of Physical Education, and Fu Jen Catholic University. The conclusions are listed as below: 1. During the half year of internship, those whose perception effects mark “generally qualifying” also mark the perception effect of “teaching internship” as more satisfying, prior to “administration internship,” which is the last in order. 2. During the half year of internship, those whose perception effects mark “generally important” also mark the perception effect of “teaching internship” as most indispensible, prior to “administration internship,” which is the last in order. 3. The perception effects of P.E. internship teachers do not differ significantly due to the difference between gender, educational background, school, and management in representative sport team. However, there exist significant gender differences in different intern schools. 4. The perception needs of P.E. internship teachers do not differ significantly due to the difference between gender, educational background, school, and management in representative sport team. However, there exist significant different types of need in different intern schools.
