Abstract
本研究旨在探討音樂對於老年人情緒影響相關因素之調查研究,研究範圍以台北市長青學苑的音樂類別班為主,共有十二班;研究對象以五十五歲以上參與上課的老年人為主,共120位。研究方法採用問卷調查及訪談為主,最後獲致以下結論:
一、老年人參與音樂學習主要的動機及需求為增進生活樂趣,但不同音樂學習的學員會
有不同的音樂學習需求,教師應考量其個別差異,才能實現學習者的學習目的。
二、根據問卷調查,音樂確實能有效抒解老年人情緒,在不同的情境下,若能有正確的方向選擇適合的音樂,將更能提昇老年生活品質,其選擇的音樂類別如下:
(一)選擇樂曲輕快、器樂曲為主的古典音樂可以抒解憂鬱、焦慮的情緒。
(二)選擇歌詞意涵充滿關懷之心的流行歌曲可以排解孤單、寂寞的心情。
(三)選擇歌詞意涵描寫快樂、與世無爭的流行歌曲可以平衡生氣、委屈的心情。
(四)選擇台灣本土福佬類童謠性質的民謠可使無助、自卑的心情得到抒緩。
(五)選擇對唱的流行類情歌可使心情更為快樂、高興。
三、各種音樂類型對於老年人情緒有不同的效能:
(一)流行歌曲方面,選擇聆聽輕快的情歌類別,容易給老年人有愉快的心情。
(二)古典音樂方面,選擇聆聽具有大調色彩、節奏較穩定的器樂曲類別,容易給老年人有振奮的心情。
(三)傳統與民謠音樂具多種傳統方言(如福佬、國語、客家、原住民等)及充滿鄉土情懷的特色,能讓老年人產生懷念之情及親切感,進而抒發孤單與焦慮的情緒。
(四)宗教音樂方面,選擇聆聽旋律柔和、節奏簡單的詩歌類別,可以使老年人產生平靜
的情緒,達到撫慰心靈的功效。
四、針對老年人所衍生的情緒相關因素,根據調查結果發現以老年人所面臨的孤寂感為主要影響。在日常生活中,可以藉由音樂的學習與參與並事先規劃完善的老年生活,才能有效撫慰老年人的心靈。
This study is to investigate the music effect to the correlative factors of elders’ emotions. The study groups included the people age were more than fifty-five years old and joined the twelve music classes of elder school in Taipei city. The methods were questionnaire-investigation and interviews. The results were: 1. The causes and demands of elders to join music classes were to promote life-enjoyment. But different students have different music demands. So teachers should consider about the difference between each other students to accomplish the learners’ objects. 2. Family factors are the most important of the elders’ emotional correlative factors. So the ways to mediate the loneliness of elders were to plan perfect supports and considerations of family. 3. If elders could choose adaptable music according to different circumstances, it will be promote elders’ life quality. The suggestions of choose different music were : A. Choose airily and instruments classical music on blueness and anxiety period.. B. Choose the pop music with caring lyrics songs during loneliness and solitarily period. C. Choose the pop music with happiness and artlessly lyrics of the song during irate and wrong period. D. Choose Taiwan folk song with nursery rhyme during helplessness and inferior period. E. Choose love pop music with dialogue in antiphonal style during happy cheerful period. 5. Different music have different effects to elders: A. When elders choose pop music with cheerful style , it will make elders lightheartedness easily , because it have living characteristics and easily singing. B. When elders choose classical music with major color and steady rhythm to appreciate, it will easily inspire elder’s moods. C. Traditional music and ballad music with different vernacular language such as Fu-Lao, Chinese, Hakka, and aborigine etc, abound with local feeling can make elders feel memorability and friendliness in order to express the motions of loneliness and anxiety. D. When elders choose religious music with poetry style、soft melody and steady rhythm , it will easily make elder’s have the effect of cleaning soul and gentling mood. 目次
