Abstract

本研究旨在探討全國童軍服務日活動中服務學習的實踐成效,並以臺北市童軍團為研究對象,分析參與成員在活動歷程中的學習轉變與社會責任感養成。研究採用質性研究法,透過深度訪談共九位受訪者,包括七位童軍成員與兩位團長,蒐集其參與全國童軍服務日的經驗、反思與建議。研究發現,童軍成員在活動中不僅提升了自我效能感與社會關懷意識,也強化了團隊合作與公民責任的實踐能力。服務學習歷程有助於學習動機的覺醒、反思能力的培養及社會議題的批判性認識。團長的引導與活動設計則對成員學習成效產生關鍵影響。研究結果補足現有課外服務學習文獻的不足,並對未來童軍教育、非正式教育場域之服務學習實踐及政策制定提出具體建議。
This study aims to explore the effectiveness of service-learning practices in the National Scout Service Day activities, focusing on Scout troops in Taipei City. It analyzes how participating members undergo learning transformations and develop a sense of social responsibility throughout the activity process. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study conducted in-depth interviews with nine participants, including seven Scout members and two troop leaders, to collect their experiences, reflections, and suggestions regarding their participation in the National Scout Service Day.The findings reveal that Scout members not only enhanced their sense of self-efficacy and social concern but also strengthened their abilities in teamwork and civic responsibility. The service-learning process contributed to awakening learning motivation, cultivating reflective thinking, and fostering critical awareness of social issues. The guidance of troop leaders and the design of the activities played a crucial role in shaping members’ learning outcomes. This research helps to fill the gap in existing extracurricular service-learning literature and offers concrete recommendations for the future development of Scout education, service-learning practices in informal education settings, and relatedpolicy-making.
