dc.description.abstract本研究在探討新北市貢寮區高齡長者營養狀況與衰弱程度,藉以瞭解該區長者營養與衰弱之現況,進而作為推動社區長者健康促進、預防及延緩失能照護之政策參考。採橫斷式調查以結構式問卷,透過研究者家訪進行資料收集,共分析有效問卷335份,研究結果如下: 一、高齡長者的主要照顧者、經濟來源、牙齒狀況、運動習慣與營養狀況呈顯著差異。 二、高齡長者的主要照顧者、居住狀況、經濟來源、牙齒狀況、運動習慣與衰弱程度呈顯著差異。 三、高齡長者營養狀況與衰弱程度之間呈現顯著負相關,營養狀況分數越低者,其衰弱分數越高分。 四、高齡長者的營養狀況能有效預測其衰弱程度,並可單獨解釋衰弱程度總變異量之23.6%。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this research is to explore the nutritional status and debilitating degree of the elderly in Gongliao District, New Taipei City, in order to understand the current status of nutrition and debilitating of the elderly in the distrcit, and to serve as a policy reference for promoting the health promotion, prevention and delay of disability care for the elderly in the community. This study explores the nutritional status and frailty of the elderly in Gongliao District, New Taipei City, in order to understand the current status of nutrition and frailty of the elderly in the district, and then serve as a policy reference for promoting the health promotion, prevention and delay of disability care for the elderly in the community. The cross-sectional survey was conducted with structured questionnaires, and data was collected through home visits of researchers. A total of 335 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The results of the study are as follows: 1. There are significant differences in the main caregivers, financial resources, dental conditions, exercise habits and nutritional status of the elderly. 2. There are significant differences in the main caregivers, living conditions, financial resources, dental conditions, exercise habits and debilitating degrees of the elderly. 3. There is a significant negative correlation between the nutritional status of the elderly and the degree of frailty. The lower the nutritional status score, the higher the frailty score. 4. The nutritional status of the elderly can effectivelypredict the degree of frailty, and can separately explain 23.6% of the total variation of frailty.en_US
