第十一屆亞太聾教育會議紀要

Abstract

第十一屆亞太聾教育會議（主題「改變知覺、增加效能、擁抱倡言」）2012年7月26至28日在新加坡舉行，與會者超過350人，來自27個國家，本國12人與會。大會安排精彩的專題演講、主題報告、口頭與海報形式之報告，題目涵蓋手術、手語、聾教育、讀寫能力、聽力服務、耳鳴與噪音型聽力損失等多種議題；本次會議並且首次開辦為時一個下午的華語特別時段，使華語人士的交流更加通暢；下次會議將於2016年在紐西蘭舉辦。

The 11th Asia Pacific Congress on Deafness (APCD) was hold in Singapore during the period 26-28 July, 2012. The theme was “Changing Perceptions, Increasing Effectiveness, and Embracing Advocacy”. Around 400 delegates from 27 countries participated in this event, among them, 12 were from Taiwan. The organizing committee arranged various forms of presentation, including keynote address, plenary lectures, special talks, oral and posters. Topics included surgery, sign language, deaf education, audiological services, tinnitus, and noise induced hearing loss, etc. For the first time, Mandarin session was allotted in one afternoon. It facilitated the communication among people who spoke Mandarin. The next APCD conference will be hold in New Zealand in 2016.
