汽車業創新商業模式探討:以CARPOST車博資訊為例

dc.description.abstract | 全球二手車市場蓬勃發展在台灣,二手車交易量一年可達六、七十萬台,交易金額一年高達三千億。然而,即便消費者知道二手車是省錢聰明消費的選擇,但是許多人仍然裹足不前,不敢購買,因為交易的過程不透明,導致常發生購買二手車的買賣糾紛。例如:事故車、調表車、泡水車、權利車、借屍還魂零件車...等。 近年來,由矽谷所帶起來的新創風潮席捲全球,新科技的運用導入讓許多傳統產業數位轉型,有些甚至是破壞式創新。比如UBER將計程車業數位轉型,UBER是導入許多新科技應用,結合共享經濟的數位叫車系統。以及AIRBNB,也是導入許多新科技,結合共享經濟的數位民宿。這類的新創企業雖然造成了產業革命,但也都帶來了更便利更高品質的服務,讓消費者有更多更好的選擇。 筆者從事二手車業近二十年,深入觀察二手車這個行業的商業模式,二十年如一日,買進賣出賺差價。二手車由於是非標準化產品,買賣交易過程中間有許多不為人知可以動手腳的地方。因此,筆者深入研究二手車產業及二手車市場,期盼藉由探討「CARPOST車博資訊」汽車新創企業的案例,能數位轉型二手車這個產業,並落實運用區塊鏈、大數據分析、網路爬蟲...等新科技,讓交易過程更透明,更便利,更為消費者所接受,創造出新的藍海市場。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The global second-hand car market is booming. In taiwan, the volume of second-hand car transactions can reach 60,000 to 700,000 units a year, and the transaction amount can reach 300 billion dollars a year. However, even if consumers know that second-hand cars are a smart and cost-saving option, many people still afraid and dare not buy, because the transaction process is opaque, leading to frequent disputes over the purchase of used cars. For example: accident car, odometer adjustment car, waterlogged car, repossessed car, parts-only car... Etc. In recent years, the trend of innovation created by silicon valley has swept the world. The introduction of new technologies has transformed many traditional industries, and some have even disruptive innovation. For example, uber has transformed the taxi industry digitally. Uber has use many new technology applications, combined with the digital economy of the sharing economy. And airbnb, is also a digital homestay that use many new technologies and combines with the sharing economy. Although these start-ups have caused an industrial revolution, they have also brought more convenient and higher-quality services, giving consumers more and better choices. The author has been engaged in the used car industry for twenty years. The business model of the used car industry has remained the same for two decades. Because used cars are non-standardized products, there are many unknown places in the process of buying and selling. Therefore, the author deeply studies the used car industry and the used car market, and hopes that by discussing the case of "carpost", a new car startup, we can digitally transform the used car industry, and the real application of blockchain, big data analysis, web crawlers... And other new technologies make the transaction process more transparent, more convenient, and more acceptable to consumers, creating a new blue ocean market. | en_US |
