婦科癌症病人對於放射線治療的認知、態度及行為意圖之研究

Abstract

本文旨在探討婦癌病人對於放射線治療認知、態度及行為意圖之研究。資料收集以問卷調查為主，採隨機抽樣，依收案條件選取合適的研究對象，並取得同意及簽署同意書，於某醫學中心放射腫瘤科、婦產科門診及病房之婦科癌症病人，共100人為研究樣本。重要結果歸納如下： 一、研究對象對於放射線治療認知得分偏中高程度。 二、放射線治療態度-經研究顯示研究對象之「面對放射線治療」態度屬正向態度。而研究對象對於「可以接受再次做放射線治療」及「放射線治療後，定期回診追蹤」，對於面對放射線治療行為意圖屬正向態度。 三、研究對象「放射線治療認知」會因年齡組距的不同而有顯著差異；研究對象「放射線治療態度」會因「社會人口學屬性」中「家庭社經地位」、「有無主要照顧者」、「有主要照顧者」而呈顯著差異；研究對象「放射線治療行為意圖」會因疾病特性的不同呈現顯著差異。 四、研究對象之社會人口學變項、疾病特性、放射線治療認知、放射線治療態度預測放射線治療行為意圖，可解釋的總變異量為15.2%。 五、根據研究結果，建議對教育單位的增加護理教育對於癌症治療的放射線治療護理教育，以提升護理相關課程對放射線治療之瞭解；對臨床單位的建議增加圖示手冊方式，製作適合女性病患的照護手冊；對未來研究建議可擴大採質性研究或放射線治療衛教前後的實驗性研究，以取得更客觀、更深入的資料。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception, attitude and intention to accept radiation therapy in patients with gynecological cancer.Data collection mainly questionnaire, adopted random sampling. There were 100 patients with gynecological cancer receiving radiation therapy in one single medical center enrolled in this study. 1.The results showed patients had above medium positive level attitude toward radiation therapy. 2.According to radiation therapy attitude, patient had positive attitude to facing, perceiving, receiving retreatment, and post-treatment follow-up, both in emotion and intention. 3.There were significant difference in cognition of radiation treatment noted according to different age group, Whether the primary caregiver,different primary caregiver, and different disease characteristics. 4.Though social demographic variables, disease characteristics, and radiation treatment cognition appeared to affect the patient’s radiation therapy behavioral intentions, only attitude and exposure experience had statistic significance. Patient’s attitude and experience are important factors to accomplish a complete therapeutic process and further regular follow-up. Integration information of radiation therapy to patients is very important and might increase therapeutic effects.
