台中縣立沙鹿國中學生乳品攝取行為相關因素之研究

Abstract

本研究目的在了解國中學生乳品攝取行為現況,並探討個人背景因素、社會心理因素、社會環境因素與乳品攝取行為之間的關係。以台中縣沙鹿國中學生為研究對象,於民國99年3月進行正式問卷調查,共得有效樣本386人,研究發現歸納如下: 一、有11.4%研究對象每天有攝取一份以上乳品,以平均每週約2~3天攝取一份以上乳品的比例最高佔32.4%。 二、研究對象「自覺健康狀況」愈好,其乳品攝取行為愈好;家庭社經地位愈高者,其乳品攝取行為也愈好。 三、研究對象乳品攝取自我效能、乳品攝取結果期望、乳品攝取父母社會支持、乳品攝取同學或朋友社會支持、乳品攝取可獲性及乳品攝取角色楷模皆與乳品攝取行為達顯著正相關;乳品攝取知覺障礙與乳品攝取行為呈顯著負相關。 四、自覺健康狀況、家庭社經地位、乳品攝取自我效能、乳品攝取結果期望、乳品攝取知覺障礙、乳品攝取父母社會支持、乳品攝取同學或朋友社會支持、乳品攝取可獲性及乳品攝取角色楷模等變項,共可解釋研究對象之乳品攝取行為42.2%的變異量(Adj R2 =.422,F=26.463,p<.001),其中以乳品攝取可獲性對乳品攝取行為的影響力最大。 上述研究結果可作為教育發展相關介入之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the current dairy foods intake behavior of junior high school students, and to inquire personal background factors, socio-psychological factors and socio-environmental factors in relationship with dairy foods intake behavior. The subjects were the students of the Sha-Lu Junior High School, Taichung County in March 2010. The instrument for the study was a questionnaire, and the valid samples were 386. The findings are as follows: 1.About 11.4% of the subjects consumed more than 1 portion of dairy foods a day.Most of the subjects consumed more than 1 portion of dairy foods 2~3 days every week. 2.Subjects who perceive their health status to be better or be at the higher family’s socio-economic status were more likely to intake dairy foods. 3.Dairy foods intake behavior was positively correlated with self-efficacy, outcome expectancy, perceived barriers, social support of parents, social support of the classmates or friends,availability and role modeling, then negatively correlated with perceived barriers. 4.The variables, including perceived health status, social position, self-efficacy, outcome expectancy, perceived barriers, social support of parents, social support of the classmates or friends, availability and role modeling, can totally explained 42.2%of the variance of subjects’ dairy foods intake behavior.(Adj R=0.422,F=26.463,p<.001).Among those variables, the availability was the most influential factor.
