工作中之行動科技壓力、行動科技依賴對工作情緒耗竭之影響-以行動科技壓力為中介變項及行動科技依賴為調節變項

Abstract

本研究之目的是探討台灣勞工在職場中被迫性使用與依賴行動科技裝置對行動科技壓力、情緒耗竭之影響，以及行動科技壓力對情緒耗竭之影響，並討論行動科技壓力是否會在行動科技依賴對情緒耗竭之關係扮演中介角色，以及行動科技依賴是否會在行動科技壓力對情緒耗竭之關係扮演調節角色。 本研究提出25個研究假設，以線性迴歸與階層迴歸分析為統計分析方法，並輔以Sobel test與Bootstrap檢驗間接效果。調查了台灣地區的408位在職員工，以探討探討行動科技依賴、行動科技壓力與情緒耗竭之間的關係。研究結果指出，行動科技依賴正向影響情緒耗竭，行動科技依賴正向影響行動科壓力，行動科技壓力、行動科技超載性與侵犯性正向影響情緒耗竭。除此之外，在中介效果方面，行動科技壓力、行動超載性與侵犯性在行動科技依賴對情緒耗竭具有中介效果；行動科技侵犯性、不安性、複雜性與不確定在行動科技依賴對情緒耗竭未具有中介效果。在調節效果方面，行動科技依賴在行動科技壓力與行動科技超載性對情緒耗竭具有調節效果。行動科技依賴在行動科技不安性、複雜性與不確定性對情緒耗竭未具有調節效果。The study explored that the mobile technology dependence influenced mobile technostress and exhaustion, and that mobile technostress influenced exhaustion,and that mediator mobile technostress between technology dependence and exhaustion,and discussed that mobile technology dependence modulated between mobile technostress and exhaustion in Taiwanese staff . We tested 25 hypothses and the results showed that the mobile technology dependence significantly and positively influenced mobile technostress, mobile Thchno-overload, mobile Thchno-invasion, mobile Thchno-complexity, mobile Thchno-insecurity, mobile Thchno-uncertainty, exhaustion. The mobile technostress, mobile Thchno-overload, mobile Thchno-invasion significantly and positively influenced exhaustion. The mobile technostress, mobile Thchno-overload, mobile Thchno-invasion positively mediatored mobile technology dependence and exhaustion. The mobile technology dependence positively modulated the relationship mobile technostress, mobile Thchno-overload and exhaustion.
