Abstract

本研究旨在探究臺北市國民中小學資訊組長工作壓力與工作倦怠之現況及相關,並分析不同背景變項中小學資訊組長工作壓力與工作倦怠之間的差異性。 研究對象以臺北市國民中小學101年度現任資訊組長(不含私立中小學及附設中小學)為母群體,以普查的方式進行正式問卷調查工作,共發出169份問卷,回收有效問卷156份,回收率為92.31%。問卷回收整理後,以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差及皮爾森(Pearson)積差相關等統計法進行研究假設的驗證。本研究實證結果發現: 1.臺北市國民中小學資訊組長整體工作壓力感受為中等程度,以「工作負荷」的工作壓力感受最大。 2.臺北市國民中小學資訊組長整體工作倦怠感受為中等程度,以「情緒耗竭」的工作倦怠感受最大。 3.臺北市國民中小學資訊組長工作壓力在不同背景變項皆有差異。 4.臺北市國民中小學資訊組長工作倦怠在不同背景變項皆有差異。 5.臺北市國民中小學資訊組長工作壓力整體及各構面與工作倦怠整體與各構面,均呈現顯著正相關。 最後,根據研究結果與結論,分別針對教育行政機關、學校行政主管、國民中小學資訊組長及未來研究者,提出相關建議事項。
The study aimed to explore the job stress and burnout of Section Chief of Information Technology in Taipei elementary and middle schools as well as the relationship between them and analyze the differences between job stress and burnout of Section Chief of Information Technology in Taipei elementary and middle schools with different background variables. The study targeted incumbent Section Chief of Information Technology in Taipei elementary and junior schools in 2012 (excluding private elementary and middle schools as well as attached elementary and middle schools) and conducted formal questionnaires work in the census way. 169 questionnaires were issued and 156 valid questionnaires were collected, with the recovery rate being 92.31%. After sorting the questionnaires collected, the study verified the research hypothesis using frequency distribution, percentage, standard deviation, average, and Pearson correlation. The empirical results were shown as follows: 1. The overall job stress feeling of Section Chief of Information Technology of Taipei elementary and junior schools showed middle degree with the job stress feeling of “workload” being the strongest. 2. The overall job burnout feeling of Section Chief of Information Technology of Taipei elementary and junior schools showed middle degree with the job burnout feeling of “emotional exhaustion” being the strongest. 3. The job stress of Section Chief of Information Technology of Taipei elementary and junior schools differed significantly due to different background variables. 4. The job burnout of Section Chief of Information Technology of Taipei elementary and junior schools differed significantly due to different background variables. 5. The overall job burnout and its various dimensions as well as the overall job stress and its various dimensions of Section Chief of Information Technology of Taipei elementary and junior schools showed a significant positive correlation. Finally, relevant recommendations were made according to the findings and conclusions for educational administration agencies, school administrators, Section Chief of Information Technology of Taipei elementary and junior schools and future researchers respectively.
