Abstract

Interactive art is a work produced through the interaction of participants. With the evolution of technology, the interactive model has also developed more diversified changes, breaking the relationship between artists, works and participants. This work is a digital work that integrates programming language and interactive components. This article also brings out the symbolic meaning and ritualism of the art works. It is hoped that through creative interaction, participants can get the experience of animated characters. This creation uses the Processing programming language, uses mathematical logic operations to generate motion graphics. It combines Arduino software and corresponding electronic components as an interactive medium to generate"Magic Circle" totem and "magic" motion graphics that symbolize the elements of water, fire, thunder and wind. When the participant enters the set distance range and it reaches the threshold detected by the sensing element, the motion graphic of the magic circle is activated, which symbolizes the beginning of the ritual. With the changes in the direction of the participant's gestures, the changes in the direction detected by the electronic components produce different dynamic projections of magic, symbolizing that humans can manipulate magic power and deconstruct the symbolic meaning behind the created magic. It is hoped that through the work"Blessing Torii" and the process of interaction, participants can get new sensory.
