dc.description.abstract | 本研究的目的是要瞭解企業內部講師培訓課程學員之學習行為與課程訓練成效的現況,進而分析並討論不同個人背景變項在學員學習行為和訓練成效上之差異情形,以及內部講師培訓課程學員的學習行為和訓練成效之相關情形,最後探討學習行為對訓練成效之預測力。本研究將所搜集的資料分別以描述統計分析、單因數變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關和多元回歸分析等進行資料分析處理。從資料分析中獲得下列結論: 一、不同「婚姻狀況」、「年齡」的學員在「學習動機」具有顯著差異。 二、不同「工作年資」的學員在「學習方法」具有顯著差異。 三、不同「教育程度」的學員在「學習習慣」具有顯著差異。 四、不同「工作年資」的學員在「學習態度」具有顯著差異。 五、不同「性別」、「教育程度」的學員在「訓練滿意度」上具有顯著差異。 六、不同「年齡」的學員在「個人才能增進度」上具有顯著差異。 七、不同「教育程度」的學員在「實際工作應用度」上具有顯著差異。 八、學習行為與訓練成效間達正向顯著相關,且學習行為對訓練成效具有預測力。 最後依據研究過程與結論,提出具體建議,作為辦訓單位、培訓課程學員以及未來研究者的參考。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to understand the current status of the instructor training courses learning behaviors and training effectiveness of the training course participants, and then analyze and discuss the difference of different personal background variables on the instructor training courses learning behaviors and evaluation of training effectiveness, and the correlation between the instructor training courses and training effectiveness, and finally discusses the prediction status of the instructor training courses towards training effectiveness.From the information analysis on this research, the following conclusion can be achieved: 1. The learning motivation by the training course participants with different background variables has remarkable difference on marital status, age. 2. The learning method by the training course participants with different background variables has remarkable difference on annual salary. 3. The learning study habits by the training course participants with different background variables has remarkable difference on education background. 4. The learning attitude to learning by the training course participants with different background variables has remarkable difference on annual salary. 5. The study of the relationship between training by the training course participants with different background variables has remarkable difference on gender, education background. 6. The Personal talent by the training course participants with different background variables has remarkable difference on age. 7. The work application by the training course participants with different background variables has remarkable difference on education background. 8. The correlation between the instructor training courses and evaluation of training effectiveness is remarkable, and each dimension of the instructor training courses has medium degree of predictive power towards training effectiveness. Finally, according to the research process and conclusion, it puts forward specific suggestions as the reference for the competent authorities and training course participants, and future researchers. | en_US |
