探討台北市國中特殊教育教師工作壓力、健康促進生活型態與教師效能之關係

Abstract
本研究旨在了解台北市國中特殊教育老師的工作壓力、健康促進生活型態與教師效能之現況,並探討工作壓力及健康促進生活型態與教師效能之關係,進而了解工作壓力與健康促進生活型態對教師效能的預測性,研究使用線上問卷調查法,預計收案318人,參與者以台北市立公立國民中學正式特教老師或具有特殊教育教師證之特教代理老師為主,樣本資料採用描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及複迴歸分析。研究結果發現:
一、台北市國中特教老師的工作壓力及健康促進生活型態現況為中等程度,教師效能現況為中等程度偏高。
二、台北市國中特教老師的工作壓力與健康促進生活型態之間呈顯著負相關;工作壓力與教師效能呈部分相關;健康促進生活型態與教師效能呈顯著正相關。
三、台北市國中特教老師的工作壓力在不同背景變項中皆無顯著差異存在;健康促進生活型態在不同背景變項中僅教育程度有顯著差異,且讀完研究所具有較好的健康促進生活型態;教師效能在不同背景變項中僅性別及擔任職務有顯著差異,且女生及專任兼行政者具有較高的教師效能。
四、台北市國中特教老師工作壓力的「人際關係」及「工作負荷」對教師效能達顯著關聯;健康促進生活型態的「人際關係」、「營養」、「健康責任」及「身體活動」對教師效能亦達顯著關聯。
The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of work stress, healthpromoting lifestyle, and teacher efficacy of special education teachers in junior high schools in Taipei City, and to explore the relationship between work stress, health promoting lifestyle, and teacher efficacy, and then to understand the predictive effect of work stress and health promoting lifestyle on teacher efficacy. The study uses an online questionnaire survey method and is expected to receive 318 cases. The participants are mainly formal special education teachers in Taipei Municipal Public Junior High Schools or special education substitute teachers with special education teacher certificates. The sample data are analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, Independent Sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Multiple regression analysis.The study results that:1. The current status of work stress and health-promoting livestyle conditions of junior high school special education teachers in Taipei City is moderate, and the current status of teacher efficacy is moderately high.2. There is a significant negative correlation between the work stress of junior highschool special education teachers in Taipei City and their health promoting lifestyle;there is partially correlation between work stress and teacher efficacy; and there isa significant positive correlation between health promoting lifestyle and teacherefficacy. 3. Among the variables of different backgrounds, there is no significant difference in the work stress of special education teachers in junior high schools in Taipei City; among different background variables,only educational level have significant differences in health-promoting lifestyle,and those who completed graduate school had a better health promoting lifestyle; among different background variables, only gender and position have significant differences in teacher efficacy, among which females and full-time and administrators have higher teacher efficacy.4. The "interpersonal relationship" and "workload" of work stress of special education teachers in junior high schools in Taipei City are significantly correlated with teacher efficacy;the "interpersonal relationship","nutrition", "healthresponsibility" and "physical activity" of health promoting lifestyle are also significantly correlated with teacher efficacy.
