北北基國中童軍團長人格特質與組織承諾之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討北北基國中童軍團長的人格特質與組織承諾之現況、不同與相關情形。為達研究目的,本研究透過問卷調查法,編製「北北基國中童軍團長人格特質與組織承諾問卷」,以北北基公立國中童軍團團長為研究對象進行普查。
本研究共計發出問卷128份,回收有效問卷109份,有效問卷回收率為85.2%,繼以描述統計、皮爾遜積差相關進行分析統計,獲致研究結果如下:
一、北北基國中童軍團長人格特質以「親和性」最突出,「神經質」最不突出。
二、北北基國中童軍團長整體組織承諾呈現強程度,各構面當中以「努力意願」最強,「留職傾向」最弱。
三、不同背景變項之團長整體人格特質有不同,以「女性」、「21歲-30歲」、「研究所」、「已獲頒木章」、「團長年資第4年-第6年」、「有兼任他職」最高。
四、不同背景變項之團長整體組織承諾有不同,以「男性」、「51歲-60歲」、「大專」、「已獲頒木章」、「團長年資第10年以上」、「無兼任他職」最強。
五、北北基國中童軍團長「整體人格特質」與「整體組織承諾」呈現中度正相關(r=0.48),其餘各構面之間分別呈現低度負相關至中度正相關。
本研究依據研究結果,提出具體建議,期能供予童軍團相關人士參考。
The aim of this study was to realize the current situation and differences of scoutmasters’ personality traits and organizational commitment, and to explore the relation of the two in junior high schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City. To achieve the purpose, data were collected by questionnaire and the whole population was used. The sample of the study consisted of 128 scoutmasters in junior high schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City. In all, 109 scoutmasters did respond, yielding a recovery rate of 85.2%. Descriptive statistics and Pearson’s product-moment correlation were used to analyze the data in the study, revealing the following conclusions: 1.The highest score of scoutmasters’ personality traits in junior high schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City was in the aspect of “agreeableness”, and the lowest was in “neuroticism emotional stability”. 2.Scoutmasters’ organizational commitment in junior high schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City was at a high level. Among them, the “efforts willingness” dimension was the highest, and the “turnover intention” dimension was the lowest. 3.Scoutmasters in junior high schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City with different background variables had higher personality traits, such as female, 21 to 30 years old, graduate degree, got the Wood Badge, 4 to 6 years seniority of scoutmaster services, and another office duty. 4.Scoutmasters in junior high schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City with different background variables had stronger organizational commitment, such as male, 51 to 60 years old, college degree, got the Wood Badge, more than 10 years seniority of scoutmaster services, and without other office duty. 5.There was a moderate and positive relationship (r=0.48) between scoutmasters’ personality traits and organizational commitment in junior high schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City. According to the conclusions of the study, the researcher provided some suggestions for further research plans.
