教育訓練人員專業職能指標建構之研究-以臺灣高科技產業為例

Abstract

本研究旨在建構「教育訓練人員專業職能指標」,以高科技產業為研究之平台,透過在教育訓練及人力資源發展領域之專家及學者組成德懷術調查小組,其中包括人力資源學者8人以及教育訓練與人力資源專家8人,合計16人。 德懷術專家小組的主要任務是針對教育訓練人員專業職能指標之適合性做評定。透過兩回合的德懷術調查問卷,來取得專家學者們對指標之共識。 在進行兩回合的德懷術調查問卷後,最後所建構之教育訓練人員專業職能指標共有七個專業職能構面,分別為「分析與調查能力構面」、「行政管理能力構面」、「教學培訓能力構面」、「設計發展與運用能力構面」、「評估與評鑑能力構面」、「人際關係發展能力構面」及「諮詢顧問能力構面」等七大構面,共計有54個指標細項。最後,依據本研究之結果,對高科技產業人力資源部門部門、有意從事教育訓練工作者及後續研究者提出具體之建議。
The purpose of this study is to construct the indicators of professional competence about educational trainers. The high-tech industry is such a platform for this study. Researcher invited human resource scholars and educational training experts to set a Delphi investigation team which including 8 human resource scholars and 8 educational training experts, for a total of 16 people . The task of this Delphi investigation team is to judge the compatibility of professional competence indicators about educational trainers. Experts and scholars can gain a consensus on the indicators through two rounds of Delphi questionnaires. After two round Delphi questionnaires, there are seven professional competence indicator dimensions about educational trainer. Namely, "The dimension of analysis and investigation capabilities, "The dimension of administrative competence ", " The dimension of teaching and training competence, "" The dimension of design, development and application capabilities, "" The dimension of assessment and evaluation competence "," The dimension of interpersonal development competence "and" The dimension of Construct and Consult competence " There are seven dimensions, for a total of 54 indicators. Finally, based on the findings of this study, some concrete suggestions are proposed to the Human resource department in high-tech industry , people who want to engage in educational training, and the follow-up researchers.
