Abstract

由於人本主義對人的重視與關注,因此,研究者嘗試從人本化的理論觀點,探討其在圖書館經營政策上的意義,俾使館員發揮關鍵性的力量,把圖書館辦好。本文的研究目的有三:(一)研析人本主義在圖書館經營政策上的重要性;(二)瞭解人本主義如何應用在圖書館的經營政策。(三)以上述人本主義在圖書館經營政策上的重要性及應用,對目前圖書館的經營提出建議,以供參考。 根據上述研究目的,本研究所要探討的具體問題如下:(一)人本主義的理論與觀點,如何應用在圖書館的經營上?(二) 圖書館學界、業界及讀者,對人本主義應用在圖書館的人事服務政策,是否贊同及意見一致? (三)圖書館學界、業界及讀者,對人本主義應用在圖書館的讀者服務政策,是否贊同及意見一致?(四)從人本主義的理論與觀點,圖書館在經營政策上有何改善之建議? 本研究主要以文獻探討及疊慧法(Delphi Method)為研究法,進行研究,以達成上述研究目的。從兩次疊慧法的研究結果,顯示絕大部分受訪者,高度贊同人本主義應用在圖書館的經營政策,並具有相當一致性的看法。由此可以看出人本主義應用在圖書館的經政策之重要性。結論強調檢討資訊科學的經營政策,是否需逐漸轉換為人本主義的經營政策。 最後提出六點建議:一、勇敢邁向人本主義圖書館經營的新里程;二、參考問卷內容,實施人本主義圖書館經營;三、建立人本主義的資訊科學政策;四、平衡人本主義與資訊科學的經營政策;五、檢視圖書館經營政策背後的理念;六、鼓勵未來更多人本主義應用在圖書館經營的研究。
Humanistic is all about the concern and care for human beings. Therefore, I try to explore the significance of humanistic on the management policy of the library from a humanistic point of view. By doing so, librarians may acquire some ideas, exert their substantial expertise and run the libraries well. The purposes of this research are as follows: (1) to examine the major theories of humanistic; (2) to analyze the importance of humanistic on the management policy of the library; (3) to understand how humanistic can be applied to the management policy of the library; (4) to give some advice on the management of today’s libraries based on the significance and application of humanistic to the management policy of the library. Based on the above-mentioned purposes, the specific questions which I would like to raise are as follows: (1) What is humanistic? (2) What are the theories and perspectives of humanistic? (3) How can the theories and perspectives of humanistic be applied to the management of a library? (4) Do the academic circle of library science, related industries and readers all agree on the application of humanistic to the personnel services policy and have the same opinions? (5) Do the academic circle of library science, related industries and readers all agree on the application of humanistic to the readers services policy and have the same opinions? (6) How can the management policy of the library be improved based on the theories and perspectives of humanistic? The study is conducted on the basis of literature analysis and the Delphi Method to fulfill the purposes of the study. According to the two research results of the Delphi Method, the majority of the respondents highly agree on the application of humanistic to the management policy of the library, and they share similar opinions. The results show the importance of the application of humanistic to the management policy of the library. The conclusion emphasizes the need of the shift of the management policy—from the management policy based on computer& information science to the humanistic-centered management policy. Lastly, I come up with six suggestions: (1) March toward the new milestone of the humanistic management of the library without hesitation; (2) Refer to the questionnaires and implement the humanistic management policy of the library; (3) Establish computer & information science policy based on humanistic; (4) Find the balance between the humanistic management policy and the management policy based on computer & informationscience;(5) Examine the ideals underneath the management policy of the library; (6) Encourage more applications of humanistic to the management of the library in the future.
