dc.description.abstract目的 透過健康促進學校校長，瞭解其對HPS國際認證指標的主觀看法，並分析健康促進學校校長對HPS國際認證指標的看法之類型。 方法 採用Q方法，以40位國民中小學健康促進學校校長為對象，將60句Q-描述句進行Q排列，並以PQMethod2.33進行分析。 結果 健康促進學校校長可歸類六個類型，第I型為綜合，第II型為健康學習環境，第III型為健康教育活動，第IV型為健康服務，第V型為自主管理，第VI型為健康三合一(物質環境、社區關係、健康教學)。 結論 根據所發現的健康促進學校校長6個類型，顯示校長對於整體學校衛生政策相當重視，以政策領導教學及活動的執行，藉由跨處室的合作機制，提升推動成效。然而部分指標無法歸入任一類型，顯示指標有修正之必要。 關鍵詞：校長、Ｑ方法、國際認證指標、健康促進學校zh_TW
dc.description.abstractObjective: The aim of this study was to understand the concepts of the HPS principals about the intervaltional HPS indicators, and identify their types. Method: Q methodology was utilized. A total of 40 HPS principals participanted the research and conducted the Q sorting. We used the PQMethod2.33 to analysis 40 Q sorts. Results: The six types of HPS principals were revealed. Type I was “Mix”.Type II was “Health learning eviroment”. Type III was “Health education and activity”. Type IV was “Health services”. Type V was “self management”. Type VI was “healthy 3 to 1 (including physical environment, community relationship and health education)”. Conclusion: We found that the health policy was valued for all of the six type principals. However, part of HPS indicators couldn’t be identified so it was nessarry to modify indicators.
