以Q方法探討桃園縣國民中小學校長對健康促進學校國際認證指標看法之研究

dc.description.abstract目的 透過健康促進學校校長,瞭解其對HPS國際認證指標的主觀看法,並分析健康促進學校校長對HPS國際認證指標的看法之類型。 方法 採用Q方法,以40位國民中小學健康促進學校校長為對象,將60句Q-描述句進行Q排列,並以PQMethod2.33進行分析。 結果 健康促進學校校長可歸類六個類型,第I型為綜合,第II型為健康學習環境,第III型為健康教育活動,第IV型為健康服務,第V型為自主管理,第VI型為健康三合一(物質環境、社區關係、健康教學)。 結論 根據所發現的健康促進學校校長6個類型,顯示校長對於整體學校衛生政策相當重視,以政策領導教學及活動的執行,藉由跨處室的合作機制,提升推動成效。然而部分指標無法歸入任一類型,顯示指標有修正之必要。 關鍵詞:校長、Q方法、國際認證指標、健康促進學校zh_TW
dc.description.abstractObjective: The aim of this study was to understand the concepts of the HPS principals about the intervaltional HPS indicators, and identify their types. Method: Q methodology was utilized. A total of 40 HPS principals participanted the research and conducted the Q sorting. We used the PQMethod2.33 to analysis 40 Q sorts. Results: The six types of HPS principals were revealed. Type I was “Mix”.Type II was “Health learning eviroment”. Type III was “Health education and activity”. Type IV was “Health services”. Type V was “self management”. Type VI was “healthy 3 to 1 (including physical environment, community relationship and health education)”. Conclusion: We found that the health policy was valued for all of the six type principals. However, part of HPS indicators couldn’t be identified so it was nessarry to modify indicators.
