dc.description.abstract | 「軍事文宣」旨在透過表意符號系統,影響目標群眾的認知與行為,進而達成其軍事目的,換言之,這是一種透過媒介進行視覺傳達的過程,而這個過程,其實就是一項「設計」行為。因此,「軍事文宣設計單位」除了最終目的不同、沒有行銷的壓力、以及較不需要考慮到成本問題,其它如設計方法、設計流程,都應該與民間企業設計部門無異。 「設計管理」對於提高設計企業、公司的競爭力具有相當之助益,並且在提升設計水準、縮短工時、節約成本、強化效能、資源整合等各方面,均有很大的回饋,這點已獲多項研究證實。 本研究以「軍事文宣設計單位」為研究對象,透過文獻分析歸納、軍事文宣設計執行者深度訪談等方法,探討「設計管理」概念與「軍事文宣設計單位」相結合的可行性,希望為「軍事文宣設計單位」能量的提升開啟新的契機。 經研究獲得以下結論:美軍「軍事文宣設計單位」(心戰專業部隊)心戰品產製作業流程,和民間企業「設計管理」概念非常近似。另外,「設計管理」概念在不影響既有軍事管理體系前提下,如果能夠因應軍事單位的特性稍微加以調整,將可以具體應用於「軍事文宣設計單位」,並且產生預期的效果。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of military propaganda is to affect cognition and behavior of objective group through ideographic symbol to accomplish military goal. In other words, it is a process of visual communication through media. This process actually is behavior of design. Accordingly, the design method and deign procedure of Military Propaganda Design Unit should be same as Design Dept. of private enterprise except for it has different final aim and has none pressure from marketing and cost. Design Management is with certain aids to enhance competitiveness of design enterprise and industry. It gets quite feedback on the aspects of promoting design level, shortening working-hour, saving cost, strengthening effectiveness and integrating resource that have been verified by multi-research. The object of this research is Military Propaganda Design Unit. It investigates the possibilities of combination between concepts of Design Management and Military Propaganda Design Unit by way of analysis of documents and thorough interview with executors that are in charge of military propaganda design to enhance energy and open new opportunity for Military Propaganda Design Unit. After research, it has conclusion that the operation process of PSYOP product done by Propaganda Design Unit of USA military is IV similar to concepts of Design Management proceeded by private enterprise. In addition, if the Design Management concept did not have conflict on current military management system, it could be applicable on Military Propaganda Design Unit and have prospective effectiveness as long as adjusting it minor to suit to characteristic of military management. | en_US |
