泰籍導遊華語教材設計——以泰國七大城為例

Abstract

泰國為旅遊大國,每年到訪的遊客絡繹不絕,近年華人遊客的比例逐漸增加。華語導遊的市場龐大,然而專為泰籍導遊設計的華語教材卻十分缺乏,根據筆者搜集,所得僅有四本教材,因此本研究擬嘗試設計一套泰籍導遊華語教材。 本研究的創新之處在於使用田野調查法作為教材設計的資料搜集方式。筆者先就台灣五大旅行社的泰國團體行方案進行消費者市場分析,整理分析出大曼谷地區排名前二十五名的熱門景點,再依此兩度至泰國當地進行實地訪查。筆者搜集導遊導覽時的語料,編輯製成課文對話,以期提高真實性和實用性。除此之外,本教材設計重視趣味性及文化性,有大量的多媒體素材輔助學習,重視導遊實務的口語能力訓練,也增加學習者閱讀真實資料的機會。 本教材範例設計完成後進行兩部分的專家評鑑,一為現職的泰國華語導遊,提供筆者 導遊專業方面的意見;二為觀光華語教師,給予筆者教材內容的回饋。經過些許修改,筆者希望本教材能提高使用者的便利性。 本研究共得五項結論:1. 泰籍導遊華語教材編寫原則、2. 泰籍觀光導遊華語教材設計架構、3. 田野調查法運用於教材設計、4. 現職導遊專家評鑑、5. 發展企業模式 。由於時間、人力和金錢上的限制,本研究尚有未盡事宜,但筆者僅就泰國導遊華語教材提出一些個人淺見,期望能為泰國的觀光華語教育盡一份心力。
Thailand is a big tourism country, and the number of visiting tourists each year is endless. The proportion of Chinese tourists has gradually increased in recent years. There is a vast market for Chinese-speaking tour guides. However, the Chinese textbooks designed for Thai guides are very scarce. According to collection, there are only four textbooks. Therefore, the study intends to design a Chinese textbook for Thai tour guides. The innovation of this study is the use of field study as a data collection for textbook design. This study first conducted a consumer market analysis on the Thai group travel plans of the top five travel agencies in Taiwan, collated the top 25 hot spots in the Greater Bangkok area, and then administrated a field visit to Thailand twice. The study collected the corpus of the tour guides and edited it into text dialogues to improve the authenticity and practicality. In addition, the design of this textbook emphasized interesting and culture, with a lot of multimedia materials to assist learning, paid attention to the oral ability training of tour guide practice, and also increasedthe chances of reading real materials for learners. After the design of this textbook was completed, two parts of the expert evaluation were carried out. One was the current Chinese tour guides in Thailand, providing advice on the professional guiding; the other was the tourism Chinese teacher, giving the feedback of the content of the textbook. After some modifications, I hope that this textbook can improve the convenience of users. The study has five conclusions: 1. The principle of writing Chinese textbooks for Thai guides, 2. The design framework of Chinese textbooks for Thai tour guides, 3. The field study method for textbook design, 4. The current tour guide expert evaluation, 5. Development Business model. Due to time, manpower and financial constraints, there are still some unfinished issues in this study. However, I only put forward some personal opinions on the Chinese textbooks for Thai tour guides, and hope to make a contribution to the tourism Chinese education in Thailand.
