民俗文化資產教育推廣資源研究—以臺北市為例

Abstract

本研究著重於探討民俗文化資產之「教育推廣活動」資源,以臺北市民俗作為研究案例,盤點各項資源管道應用情形及保存合作網絡關係,進一步提出民俗文化資產教育推廣的實踐內涵及重要性。首先初步回顧無形文化資產類別之一的「民俗」,在教育領域國民教育、高等教育乃至終身教育中的課程實踐,包含鄉土教育開展的民俗教育課程,到探討民俗教育相關政策及支持體系、民俗學專業建立等面向;並從文化資產保存法規及政策沿革,爬梳自2016年修法後《文化資產保存法》之民俗文化資產,規範訂定保存維護計畫之「教育推廣活動」執行現況,另外列舉各網路平台、數位媒體之應用案例,提出當前臺灣民俗保存之公部門資源和民間自主推動情形。以上述脈絡作延伸,針對三項臺北市民俗之研究案例「台北霞海城隍廟五月十三迎城隍」、「艋舺青山宮暗訪暨遶境」、「大龍峒保安宮保生大帝聖誕慶典」,以艋舺、大龍峒、大稻埕聚落興起的史實考察,歸納整理民俗個案祭典活動的源起及發展,乃至登錄成為文化資產的歷程,及其當時法定基準和文化資產價值認定。最後以本研究調查成果,彙整分析研究案例的教育推廣活動資源執行情況,和在地合作網絡的建立、未來可能策略應用。透過上述的研究內容,以期促進未來臺灣民俗文化資產的傳承及永續發展。
The study discussed the issue about exploring the resources of" educational and promotional events " of folklore cultural heritage, taking the folklore in Taipei City as a research case, taking stock of the application of various resource channels and preserving cooperative network relationships, and further proposing the practical connotation and importance of educational promotion of folklore. First, a preliminary review of "folklore", one of the categories of intangible cultural heritage, curriculum practice in compulsory education, academic research, and even lifelong learning in the field of education, including folklore education courses carried out by local education, to discuss related policies and support systems for folklore education. Then, from the evolution of cultural heritage preservation policies, we will review the current status of the implementation of" educational and promotional events " that standardize and formulate preservation and maintenance plans since the revision of the "Cultural Heritage Preservation Act" in 2016. In addition, it lists the application cases of various network platforms and digital media, and puts forward the current resources of the public sector and the independent promotion of folk customs in Taiwan. Based on the above context, the research cases on three Taipei folk customs are “City God’s May 13th Greeting festival of Taipei Xiahai Temple ”, “QingShan king festival of Bangka Qingshan Temple," Baosheng Emperor's Birthday Celebration of Dalongdong Baoan Temple" , based on the historical investigation of the rise of Bangka, Dalongdong, and Dadaocheng settlements, summarizes the origin and development of folk custom ritual activities, and even the process of registration as an Intangible Cultural Heritage , as well as the lawful standard and cultural heritage value identification at that time. Finally, based on the survey results of this study, we summarize and analyze the resources implementation of educational and promotional events in the study case, the establishment of local cooperation networks, and possible future strategic applications. Through the above research content, it is expected to promote the inheritance and sustainable development of Taiwan's folklore in Intangible cultural heritage in the future.
