指導教師領導行為對高職學生學習滿意度影響之研究─以全國商科技藝競賽文書處理職種選手為例

Abstract
本研究旨在探討商業類科技藝競賽選手對於指導教師領導行為與接受訓練期間學習滿意度之影響。本研究採中國式領導模式為架構基礎,以指導領導行為與學習滿意度為變項,針對參與96學年度商業類科技藝競賽文書處理職種之選手為對象,共發出205份問卷,有效問卷149份,回收率72.68%;並以敘述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA),Scheffé法進行事後比較,以及典型相關等統計方法作資料分析,並提供適當之建議,以作為日後技藝競賽選手培訓之建議與參考。根據研究分析的結果如下所述:
一、參與技藝競賽文書處理職種之選手,接受訓練的時間大多不足,每週練習總時數偏低,且大多選手僅已取得丙級技術士證照。
二、在技藝競賽選手對於指導教師領導行為中,以「作之親」之感受最高,「作之君」之感受最低。
三、在技藝競賽選手對於接受訓練期間學習滿意度中,以「教師與課程」的滿意度最高,「自我學習與發展」的滿意度最低。
四、部份不同背景變項之技藝競賽選手,所知覺之指導教師領導行為有顯著差異。
五、部份不同背景變項之技藝競賽選手,所知覺之接受訓練期間學習滿意度有顯著差異。
六、技藝競賽選手所知覺之指導教師領導行為與學習滿意度之間具有相關性。
The present study aims to explore the mentor teacher leadership and learning satisfication in skill competition based on traditional Chinese leadership culture. It adopts the Chinese Leadership Model to figure out the relationship among two variables, mentor teachers’ leadership behavior and competitors’ learning satisfaction. Data were analyzed by SPSS using such statistical methods as descriptive statistics, independ t test, F test, Scheffé-test, and canonical correlation. The major findings are: 1)Most of the competitors have short participate times of seasons and hours of a week. They lacked of the advanced certifications. 2)About mentor teacher leadership, in factors of ‘role of family’ were higher than average, in factors of ‘role of director’ were less than average. 3)About learning satisfication, in factors of ‘teachers& classes’ were higher than average, in factors of ‘self develops’ were less than average. 4)According to some differents of competitions’ background, their experiences of the factors of mentor teacher behavior were significant different. 5)According to some differents of competitions’ background, their experiences of the factors of learning satification were significant different. 6)The mentor teacher leadership and learning satisfication have been shown to be positively correlated with one another.
