新北市國民中學教師幸福感及其相關因素之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討新北市國民中學教師的幸福感及其相關因素。本研究樣本係抽取新北市國民中學教師共505名為樣本,以「國民中學教師幸福感問卷」為研究工具,所得量化資料採取以描述性統計、單因子多變項變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、同步多元迴歸進行統計分析。
研究主要結論包括:
一、國民中學教師幸福感之現況屬中上程度,平均分數高低依序為樂觀層面、正向情緒層面和生活與工作滿意層面。
二、性別、婚姻狀態、最高學歷、服務年資、學校規模不同的國民中學教師在幸福感及其各層面上有顯著差異。
三、內控人格特質與幸福感呈顯著正相關;而外控人格特質呈顯著負相關。
四、社會支持程度愈高的國民中學教師,其幸福感愈佳,社會支持類型與幸福感呈顯著正相關。
五、根據統計結果,新北市國民中學教師的社會支持程度、性別對幸福感最具有預測力。
根據上述結論,本研究分別就教育行政機關、學校單位及新北市國民中學教師提出建議,以供參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate junior high school teachers’ well-being and its related factors in New Taipei City. 505 New Taipei City junior high school teachers did questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s Product-moment Correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The major conclusions of the study were summarized as followings: 1、New Taipei City junior high school teachers’ present well-being was above the average percentage;the layers according to the average grades listed below in sequence were the optimistic value, positive emotional layer and satisfaction in life and work layer. 2、Significant differences show in the New Taipei City junior high school teachers’ gender, marriage, the academic background, seniority and the scale of school on well-being. 3、Significant positive correlation shows between internal locus of control and each layers of well-being. 4、The more social supports, the higher well-being the New Taipei City junior high school teachers have;there were significant positive correlations between social support pattern and the New Taipei City junior high school teachers’ well-being. 5、According to the results of the statistics, the most predicitive factors were social support level and gender to the New Taipei City junior high school teachers’ well-being. Based on the conclusions, some suggestions were proposed to and educational Authority concerned, school, and junior high schoolteachers of New Taipei City.
