Abstract
本研究主要觀察眼鏡蛇毒對大白鼠循環系統之流體力學上的效應。給蛇毒後在多用途記錄儀上同時記錄心搏量、平均血液流量、脈波血流量、心跳速率、以及心縮壓、心舒壓。 在離體實驗(invitro)中,記錄心肌活動電位、及心縮機械張力之消長。實驗結果在文中給與詳細討論。
Effects of crude cobra venom on the hemo-dynamic actions in rat were studied. After infusion of venom to intact animal, the change of stroke volume, mean blood flow, pulsatile blood flow, heart rate, and systolic/diastolic blood pressures were recorded simultaneously with polygraph. For in vitro experiment, before and after administration of venom, prosperity and decays of action potential and mechanical tension of isolated atrial muscle were observed. Results were discussed in text.
