知識社群營造之研究-以數位藝術為例

Abstract
人力資源不論在管理學、教育學、商學領域出現,都是高度應用性的知識,特別因為實踐場域需要人力資源學術或理論的速度是立即性的,因而,如何生產「有用」的、符合「本土」需要的研究,是本研究最基本的關切。本研究相信,批判性實踐研究「研究即實踐」的基本態度創造的即是植基於實境的「有用的本土」知識,因此以文化人類學為研究的哲學基礎,採取文化研究的態度,對台灣數位藝術知識社群進行批判實踐的質化研究。
在研究的進程上,本研究基於研究者即研究工具的運作原則,分三個階段進行:第一階段與第二階段採用羅蘭巴特(Roland Bartshes)與德希逹(Derrida)的解構文學理論中的雙重閱讀策略設計,第一階段藉由紮根理論建立關於數位藝術事業體知識領域的傳統理論,是可讀的文本(lisible/readable text);第二階段則邀請第一階段受訪者作為讀者,對第一階段生產的紮根理論研究成果進行解構閱讀,生產的是可寫的文本(scriptible/scriptable text);承繼前二階段的文本分析,完成第三階段場域實踐的研究論述,本研究參採社區營造、族群、以及組織發展的原理進行干預的策略規劃,作為攜至場域作為批判實踐的參考架構,以進行策略化的數位藝術知識社群營造,簡言之,本研究截至論文撰寫時的進程,批判實踐的成果並不是完成一篇結論式的論文或形成鉅型理論,而係引發數位藝術知識社群自覺的「運動(movement)」。
綜上,本研究堅持的批判研究與生活結合的態度,在學術上的成效,可以確認批判實踐的進行,就是理論深化(即理論與實境緊密互動)的過程。
The high applicability of Human Resource in the fields of management, education and business leads to the prompt need of applying its theory in practices. Therefore, how to produce useful and localized results was the basic concern of this study. The researcher believed that the attitude of “research infers practice” creates usefully localized knowledge. For that reason, this study adopted the qualitative research approaches of critical practice research method and Cultural Studies, which are based on Anthropology as Cultural Critique, to study the knowledge community of Digital Arts in Taiwan. Meanwhile, this study was grounded on the operational principle that is “the researcher is the instrument”, and was undertaken into three phases. For the first two phases, the “dual-reading tactical design” developed by Bartshes and Derrida in Deconstructionist was employed. In the first phase, Grounded Theory was applied to establish the readable texts, which is the basic theory for the knowledge field of Digital Arts. In the second phase, the interviewees of the first phase were invited to be the readers to deconstruct the established theory of the previous phase. The outcome of this phase was scriptable texts. Following the analysis of the texts of former two phases, the discourses were presented in the third phrase as the founding engine for the knowledge community of Digital Arts in Taiwan. Further, in this study, intervening strategies are mapped out by referring to the principles of community-founding, ethnicity-forming and Organization Development, and to be the reference framework of critical practice physically, as well as to found the digital arts knowledge community. Till this thesis is written, the outcome of critical practice is not to gain a conclusion or to develop a great theory but to starts a movement that triggers self-conscious of the knowledge community of Digital Arts in Taiwan. In light of the foregoing, it’s beyond question that the accomplishment of the critical practice is the process of rooting the theory.
