Abstract

隨著我國表演藝術的快速發展,欣賞及投入其學習之人口漸增,其中表演藝術課程及科系孕育了我國大量相關人才,本研究旨在探討技術型高中表演藝術科教師專業發展之需求。本研究首先回顧相關文獻,分析表演藝術科現況、教師專業發展之意涵及需求。接著,以深度訪談之方式進行探究,從表演藝術科較密集之雙北地區選擇專長及年資各不相同之主任及教師作為訪談對象。 研究結果顯示,表演藝術科教師需要有系統的文本教材以利傳遞比演藝術專業知識,其次,表演藝術科教師需要貼近表演藝術精神的評分機制作為評分之依據,此外,表演藝術科教師需要增進對於青少年的相關知識,最後,表演藝術科教師需要相當的體能恢復時間以利進行專業技能上的進修,並以流行文化的角度切入授課內容是引發學生學動機之良方。本研究依據結論,分別對行政主管機關、學校及教師提出建議,以利後續表演藝術科教師專業之發展。
With the rapid development of performing arts in Taiwan, the number of people who appreciated and engaged in its study steadily increased. Performing arts programs and departments played a crucial role in cultivating a large number of professionals in this field. This study aimed to explore the professional development needs of performing arts teachers in vocational high schools.This study reviewed literature on performing arts education, professional development, and teacher needs. Through interviews with department heads and teachers in Taipei and New Taipei City, it explored their professional challenges.Findings indicate that teachers need structured teaching materials, an evaluation system aligned with performing arts principles, and better understanding of adolescent development. Sufficient physical recovery time is crucial for skill advancement, and incorporating popular culture can enhance students’ motivation.The study offers recommendations for educational authorities, schools, and teachers to support the professional growth of performing arts educators.
