技術型高中工業類實用技能學程學生職業災害態度及職業認知對就業意願影響研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討技術型高中工業類實用技能學程學生職業災害態度與就業意願之關係,並以職業認知做為中介變項以解釋其影響效果。本研究抽取技術型高中工業類實用技能學程學生413人為樣本,進行「職業災害態度、職業認知與就業意願問卷」施測,所得量化資料採取次數分配、描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數、簡單線性迴歸分析與多變項迴歸分析進行假設考驗。
依據資料分析結果,獲得研究結論如下:一、技術型高中工業類實用技能學程學生普遍具有正向的職業災害態度、職業認知與就業意願。二、技術型高中工業類實用技能學程學生有相近的職業災害態度、職業認知與就業意願。三、技術型高中工業類實用技能學程學生職業災害態度與職業認知對就業意願具部份預測力。四、技術型高中工業類實用技能學程學生職業認知在職業災害態度對就業意願影響具部份中介效果。五、技術型高中工業類實用技能學程學生職業災害態度正向、職業認知良好者,其就業意願越高。
根據上述結論,本研究分別以課程設計、教師教學、技術型高中工業類實用技能學程學生及未來研究等各方面提出建議,例如:加強職業災害教育訓練課程、重視使用防護設備等,以供教育行政機關、學校單位及技術型高中實用技能學程教學課程參考。
This purpose of this study was investigave the relationship between Employment intention and Occupation accident attitude of category of industry-related students of in Practical Skill Program of at senior high school with mediator effect Occupation cognition . The sample included 413 students of industry-related of in Practical Skill Program of at senior high school. A questionnaire was developed to collect data and descriptive statistics, independent samples t test, ANOVA , simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were utilized to analyze them. The major conclusions were summarized as followings: 1. Students in industrial practice skill program of Skill-based Senior High School generally had a positive occupation accident attitude, occupation cognition and employment intention. 2. Students in industrial practice skill program of Skill-based Senior High School had similar occupation accident attitude, occupation cognition and employment intention. 3. The occupation accident attitude and occupation cognition of students in industrial practice skill program of Skill-based Senior High School could partial predict employment intention effectively. 4. The occupation cognition of students in industrial practice skill program of Skill-based Senior High School had partial mediation effect on employment intention on the aspect of occupation accident attitude. 5. Students in industrial practice skill program of Skill-based Senior High School with positive occupation accident attitude and good occupation cognition had higher employment intention. According to the above conclusions, this research proposed suggestions separately from curriculum designs, teaching, students in industrial practice skill program of Skill-based Senior High School and future research, such as enhancing the education and training curriculum of occupation accident, placing importance on using protective equipment and so forth. The research provided the education administration, school units and the curriculums for industrial practice skill program of Skill-based Senior High School for reference with the related suggestions..
