This study employs a questionnaire survey method to investigate the patterns of internet health information behavior, current e-health literacy status, and health-promoting lifestyles among married professional women with preschool-aged children. The aim is to provide appropriate recommendations for stress regulation and enhancement of self-health management capabilities for these married, working women. Additionally, effective strategies are proposed for health information providers to promote the overall health status of women. The questionnaires were distributed between May and June 2023. The study's inclusion criteria specify that participants must be currently married (with legally binding marital status), have received a consistent monthly salary for the past six months, and be employed as full-time female workers by a stable employer. The age of their youngest child is limited to the preschool range (0 to 6 years). A total of 411 online questionnaires were collected, with 385 valid responses being utilized for the subsequent analysis of research outcomes. The research findings indicate: 1.Married, professional women with children primarily use the internet for daily applications and work-related tasks. 2.These women perceive difficulty in accurately discerning online health information. 3.The e-health literacy level of these women is above average, although they exhibit limited proficiency in online health calculation formulas. 4.Monthly income, education level, and household child composition contribute to variations in online health literacy and health-promoting lifestyles. 5.Interpersonal support is well-demonstrated, while engagement in leisure activities and exercise requires improvement. 6.E-health literacy shows a strong positive correlation with dietary nutrition and interpersonal support.en_US
