dc.description.abstract | 本研究以整合型科技接受模型為基礎,前置變項分別為績效期望、努力期望、群體影響、有利條件,以Kirkpatrick學習成效評估為結果變項,分別為反應、學習、行為、成效四個階層,並以使用意圖作為中介變項。此研究目的試圖了解企業使用以數位學習,學習永續發展的使用意圖及學習成效。本研究以紙本及網路問卷為工具的方式進行調查,針對組織層級進行研究,本研究對象為已發展永續發展且使用數位學習進行教育訓練之台灣企業,發送問卷對象為企業中在執行數位學習及永續發展之單位主管,共回收有效問卷86份。研究結果使用SPSS23.0及Smart PLS進行分析,研究結果顯示僅有努力期望及有利條件,對於使用意圖具有正向之影響,其他假設並未成立。本研究結果有助於企業在執行相關專案時給予好的建議,應該將操作上的容易程度作為考量的重點,且在執行時組織應給予最大的協助與系統的支持,如此方能提升永續發展的使用意圖故本研究結果可提供企業做為規畫未來專案之參考。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study is based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). The antecedent variables are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions.This study utilized Kirkpatrick's four level consequence model as consequence, which are reaction, learning, behavior, and results. The mediating variable is use intention. The purpose of this study is to understand the use intentions and learning effects of enterprises using e-learning to learn sustainable development. This study uses paper and online questionnaires effectively to conduct surveys. This study is focused on organizational levels. This study verifies hypotheses with a sample of 86 Taiwanese companies, which executed e-learning and sustainable development project in recent years. The study utilized SPSS23.0 and Smart PLS. The verified results showed that the effort expectancy and facilitating conditions have positive effect on behavioral intention. Other assumptions were not established.According to the results of this research, when companies implement related projects with e-learning, they should consider usability as the first priority, then combine organizational planning and work in implementation. The use intention of development, so the results of this research can provide enterprises as a reference for planning future projects. | en_US |
