臺北市高職學校友善校園人權環境認知之研究

Abstract
學校是學生主要的學習場所,然隨著資訊管道的多元化,學生在校園內的學習不再侷限於書本內的知識,也包含更多想法和技能的淬鍊,而其中「學生人權教育」更是重要而複雜的議題,因為它挑戰了自古承襲以來的師生尊卑關係。本研究旨在探討學校友善校園人權環境的現況,除了從文獻探討中了解權利概念及發展與沿革外,並以學校變項及個人背景變項(學生家長個人背景、學生研習參與)為自變項,學生對於友善校園人權環境認知之情形為依變項,藉由問卷調查後統計分析資料,了解變項間之互動關係,進而了解臺北市高職學校友善校園人權環境的實際現況及學生的認知感受,期能尋找有效優化友善校園人權環境之適切作法。
為達上述研究目的,本研究以臺北市11個行政區的高職學生為研究對象,並以「臺北市高職學校友善校園人權環境認知問卷」為研究工具進行問卷調查,所得資料以 SPSS 18.0 for windows 進行問卷統計分析。最後,根據本研究結果,提出對教育相關單位和人員落實友善校園人權環境及學生藥物濫用尿液篩檢工作之建議,提供業務執行參考。
Schools are the main learning places for students. However, with the diversification of information channels, students’ learning on campus is no longer limited to the knowledge in books, but also contains more ideas and skills. Among them, "student human rights education" "It's even more important and complicated, because it challenges the relationship between teacher and student that has been inherited since ancient times. This research aims to explore the current status of the school-friendly human rights environment on campus. In addition to understanding the concept and development and evolution of rights from literature discussions, it also uses school variables and personal background variables (personal background of students’ parents, student participation in research) as independent changes This item, students’ perceptions of the human rights environment on friendly campuses are dependent variables. Through the statistical analysis of data after the questionnaire survey, they can understand the interaction between the variables, and then understand the actual status of the human rights environment on the friendly campus of Taipei Higher Vocational Schools and students’ Cognitive feelings, hoping to find appropriate ways to effectively optimize the human rights environment of a friendly campus. In order to achieve the above research purposes, this research takes vocational students from 11 administrative districts in Taipei City as the research object, and uses the "Taipei Higher Vocational School Friendly Campus Human Rights Environmental Awareness Questionnaire" as a research tool to conduct a questionnaire survey. The income is based on SPSS 18.0 for Windows enters questionnaire statistical analysis. Finally, based on the results of this research, suggestions are made for education-related units and personnel to implement a friendly campus human rights environment and student drug abuse urine screening work, and provide business execution examination.
