桃園縣國民中學教師知識管理與專業成長之研究

Abstract

桃園縣國民中學教師知識管理與專業成長之研究 摘 要 本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民中學教師知識管理與專業成長之現況,並瞭解不同背景的國民中學教師,在知識管理與專業成長各層面的差異情形,以及知識管理與專業成長的關係及預測力。 本研究採問卷調查法及訪談法兩種研究方法,首先,透過文獻分析,探討知識管理及專業成長的基本意涵及相關研究;其次,以文獻探討所得的結果,編製「桃園縣國民中學教師知識管理與專業成長現況調查問卷」,進行問卷調查研究,經由調查研究瞭解現階段國民中學教師知識管理與專業成長之現況,以及知識管理與專業成長的關係及預測力。本研究的調查對象為桃園縣公立國民中學之現任教師,包括主任、組長(含61班以上之副組長)、導師及專任教師,經由分層隨機抽樣,共計發出1205份問卷,收回991份,回收率82%,有效問卷977份,有效問卷回收率98%,並以SPSS for Windows 10.0統計套裝軟體進行問卷資料之統計分析。 問卷回收後,即進行統計分析與討論,並根據文獻探討的結果與問卷調查的發現,進行訪談大綱的擬定,選定現任桃園縣公立國民中學之教師進行訪談,期能對國民中學教師知識管理與專業成長有更深入的瞭解。 根據問卷調查與訪談的結果,得到以下的結論: 壹、國民中學教師知識管理與專業成長現況傾向「佳」的程度。 貳、國民中學教師知識管理有助於專業成長的提升。 參、男性、主任之教師其所知覺知識管理的情況較佳。 肆、男性、主任、研究所(含四十學分班)以上畢業之教師其所知覺專業成長的情況較佳。 伍、知識創新對教師專業成長最具有預測力。 陸、網路已成為國民中學教師取得知識的最主要來源。 柒、國民中學教師的知識分享有待加強。 捌、國民中學的資訊相關設備應繼續充實。 玖、偏遠地區之小型(12班以下)國民中學的教師教學知能有待提升。 依據結論,本研究針對教師知識管理與專業成長的應用及後續研究提出建議。 關鍵詞:國民中學、教師知識管理、教師專業成長
Study of Knowledge Management and Professional Development of Junior High School Teachers in Taoyuan County Abstract This study is to discuss the current reality about Knowledge Management and Professional Development of Junior High School Teachers in Taoyuan County , and to distinct the differences between teachers of different fields; further mores, to know about the linkage to each other and the anticipation ability. This study adopts questionnaire survey method and interviewing method. Firstly, we use literature review to probe into the basic meanings and relative studies of its Knowledge Management and Professional Development. Secondly, we take the outcomes deliberated from literature review to form up ‘Knowledge Management and Professional Development of Junior High School Teachers in Taoyuan County questionnaire’, to process questionnaire survey study, by investigation through the current phase of junior high school teachers’ Knowledge Management and Professional Development reality. Then look into the relationship and anticipation ability between each other. The objectives of the study are teachers who are teaching in Junior High School in Taoyuan County, including director, team leader, homeroom teacher and full-time teacher. After random sampling classification, we have 82% returning rate, retrieve 997 valid surveys, 98% of them are valid, and using SPSS, statistical package for the social sciences, for Windows10.0 to proceed statistical analysis of the survey data. We carry out the statistical analysis and discussion, narrowing down the interviewing outline and interviewed with current teachers. The goal is expected to have a further understanding towards teachers' Knowledge Management and Professional Development in the Taoyuan County. According to the literature review, Questionnaire Survey and interviewing outcomes, conclusions are made as follows: 1. The current reality for Junior High School teachers’ Knowledge Management and Professional Development tends to be GOOD extent. 2. Junior High School teacher’s Knowledge Management helps to develop their professions. 3. Males and directors’ awareness to Knowledge Management are better. 4. Teachers who are male, directors, or with graduate school degree are aware better towards their Professional Development. 5. Knowledge Innovation is of the best anticipation ability to develop teachers’ professions. 6. World-Wide-Web has become the main resources for Junior High School teachers’ to acquire knowledge. 7. The Junior High School teachers’ habit of knowledge sharing has room to improve. 8. The IT related equipments of Junior High Schools should be continuously enhanced. 9. The remote mini-schools teacher’s teaching competency has to be improved (those schools are with less than 12 classes). According to the conclusion above, this study is to provide suggestions for the following application and research on teacher’s Knowledge Management and Professional Development.
