臺北市高級中等學校建教合作學生實習滿意度、工作滿意度與留任意願關係之研究

Abstract
建教合作係透過學校的理論教育與合作機構的職業技能訓練相互結合,讓學生在職校就讀階段,除了能在校學習時,同時也能提早累積職場經驗,為未來就業時,提升競爭力。但自1990起,因教育政策改革及少子女化的衝擊,參與建教合作計畫的校數、企業數及建教生人數均有遞減的現象,且近年來學生就業率低迷,取而代之的更是高比例的升學率,致各企業及產業均面臨缺乏現場基礎技術人員與專業技術人才的問題。因此本研究以「臺北市109學年度高級中等學校」參與建教合作計畫之426名建教生為研究對象,以問卷調查方式,探討建教生在實習滿度度、工作滿意度及留任意願構面是否有其相關性。研究結果顯示:「訓練課程」、「實習環境」及「薪資福利」的實習滿意度與工作滿意度具顯著正向關聯性、「訓練課程」及「薪資福利」的實習滿意度與留任意願具顯著正向關聯性、「內在滿足」及「外在滿足」的工作滿意度與留任意願具顯著正向關聯性。本研究建議學校及合作機構,應共同規劃妥善的建教合作實習計畫,以提高建教生的實習滿意度及工作滿意度,此將有助於提升建教生之留任意願。
The Department of Construction and Education Cooperation combines the theoretical education of the school with the vocational skills training of the cooperative institutions, so that students can not only study at school, but also accumulate workplace experience earlier, so as to enhance their competitiveness in future employment. However, since 1990, due to the impact of educational policy reforms and the reduction of children, the number of schools, enterprises, and the number of students participating in the construction of education cooperation projects have been decreasing. In recent years, the employment rate of students has been sluggish, and the number of students has been replaced by high. The proportion of enrollment rate has caused companies and industries to face the problem of lack of on-site basic technical personnel and professional technical personnel. Therefore, in this study, 426 students from the"Taipei 109 Senior Secondary School" who participated in the construction and education cooperation plan were used as the research object. Questionnaire surveys were used to explore the degree of internship, job satisfaction and willingness of the students. Is there any relevance. The research results show that the internship satisfaction and job satisfaction of "training course", "internship environment" and "salary and welfare" are significantly positively correlated, and the internship satisfaction of "training course" and "salary and welfare" and leave any wishes. Significant positive correlation, "internal satisfaction" and "external satisfaction" of job satisfaction have a significant positive correlation with retention. This study suggests that schools and cooperative institutions should jointly plan a proper construction-teaching cooperation internship plan to increase the internship satisfaction and job satisfaction of the construction-teaching students, which will help improve the willingness of the construction-teaching students to stay.
