Abstract
本研究在瞭解我國高級農業職業學校農機工場實習安全衛生的現況與問題，做為改進其實習工場安全衛生方面之參考。
為達此目的，首先探討相關文獻，進而以「農機工場實習安全衛生管理檢核表」與「農機工場實習安全衛生設施安全衛生檢核表」進行實際調查，蒐集資料。然後以次數分配、百分比等統計方法分析，以瞭解台灣地區七所國立高級農業職業學校有關農機工場實習安全衛生的現況與問題。
經過統計分析結果，獲得下列結論：
一、工場安全衛生管理的結論：
在工場人事組織、工場安全衛生工作守則、自動檢查的落實、師生的安全衛生教育與訓練、學生防災應變訓練、工場意外事故處理的落實、工場安全衛生宣導多元化方式等方面有待加強。
二、工場設施安全衛生的結論：
（一）工場場房本體設施安全衛生設施方面，除了場房面積、門窗清潔有待改善外，其餘各項皆良好。
（二）工場安全衛生標語、掛圖、工作守則佈置方面有待加強。
（三）在工場物理環境安全衛生方面，採光照明、通風良好外，其餘有待加強。
（四）工場物料儲存安全衛生方面，除了危險物儲存方面有待加強外，其餘各項皆良好。
（五）在工場安全衛生防護設備方面有待加強。
（六）很重視工場配電安全衛生，但在工場配電設備的安全衛生標示方面有待加強。
（七）在工場氣銲設備安全衛生方面，除了安全衛生警告標誌方面有待改善外，其餘各項皆良好。
（八）工場氧乙炔集氣設備方面有待加強與改善。
（九）工場工作台安全衛生方面，工作台顏色及工作台的操作空間有待加強。
（十）工場手工具的人機操作配合、維修保養良好。
（十一）在電動手工具安全衛生方面，在安全防護、維修保養、人機操作配合、操作噪音等方面皆良好，在電源開關標示方面則有待改善。
（十二）在工場機器設備安全衛生方面：
l.手動機器設備在色彩、危險部位安全顏色標示、安全線標示等方面有待加強。
2.電動機器設備在電源開關功能、電線絕緣、物理環境、操作空間佈置、維修保養等方面皆良好，但在電動機器設備色彩、危險部位安全顏色標示、安全線標示、安全防護等方面有待加強。

The purpose of this research is to investigate school shop safety and health present conditions and potential problems of Agricultural machinery of the vocational agricultural senior high school in Taiwan, and then according to the research results to make conclusions and suggestions. For the purpose, I would first develop“the shop environment and facilities check list”and“the shop safety and health management check list”in the study according to the literature review and present conditions of the workshops. Second, I would survey the seven senior high schools in Taiwan where have agricultural machinery engineering workshops in order to know the present conditions and potential problems. Conclusions about Safety and Health Management： School shops should be to enhance on shop personnel organization of teachers, rules, automatic inspection, teacher and student training, emergency response training of students, accident investigation, announce about safety and health. Conclusions about Safety and Health of the Environment and Facilities： 1. It is better for the safety and health of the building except shop area and window’s cleaning. 2. It is necessary to emphasis on the labels, pictures, rules about safety and health. 3. It is better for the physical environment of school shops except illumination and ventilation. 4. It is better for materials storing of school shops except hazardous storing. 5. It is necessary to develop the safeguards of the safety and health of school shops. 6. It is necessary to mark the power distribution units clearly. 7. It is necessary to mark the gas welding clearly. 8. It is necessary to develop on the gas welding fixtures. 9. It is necessary to develop the operating platform on color. 10. It is better for man-machine complex, maintenance of tools. 11. It is better school shops on safeguard, maintenance, man-machine complex, operating noise of power tools but it is necessary to develop the signs on the switches. 12.There are something importance about the shop mechanical apparatus respect： (1)It is necessary to develop the colors, marking of hazardous sections, marking of safety line, operating space of manual machines. (2) It is better for the switches, isolation of power cords, man-machine complex, cleaning of operating areas, physical environment, machinery arrangement of space, machine maintenance of electric machinery but necessary to develop colors, marking of hazardous sections, marking of safety line, safeguards.
