dc.description.abstract本研究為瞭解十二年國民基本教育課程綱要,也就是一般通稱的108課綱,在普通高中裡課程學分規劃的議題。以質性研究方法,輔以文件分析,藉由訪談六位具有高中現場實務經驗的課程專家,分析班群組合課程模型的情形,試圖提供學校決策和課程發展更多參考,以及檢討108課綱的執行問題。108課綱的教育理想雖立意甚高,但實際的學校學分規劃仍有不足之處。本研究以選修課程作區隔,得出班群組合有明顯差異的五種不同課程模型。深入分析這些課程模型後,還發現了若干問題。例如,教師備課壓力與行政作業負擔,兩者密切相關;課務規劃安排越多元化,教師和行政團隊負擔都越沉重。高壓力影響了學校對學分規劃、班群組合的選擇。當面臨關鍵抉擇時,會優先考量教師課務需求、減少行政負擔,而不是滿足學生學習需求。關於普通高中108課綱課程學分規劃之檢討,教育部利用經費挹注方式,鼓勵、補助課程規劃。另就減輕教師備課量、緩和師資條件差異方面,教育部也提出了創新作法的嘗試。不過,在降低學校行政作業負荷、拉近校際間管理維護、社會資源差異的問題上,仍待努力。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis research aimed to understand the issue of curriculum credit planning in general high schools under the Curriculum Guidelines of 12-Year Basic Education, also known as the 108-Curriculum. Using qualitative research methods, supplemented by document analysis, by interviewing six curriculum experts with field experience in high schools, analyzing the situation of the class combination curriculum model, trying to provide more references for school decision-making and curriculum development, and reviewing the 108 curriculum implementation issues.Although the 108-Curriculum has a very high educational ideal, there are still deficiencies in the current situation of school credit planning. In this study, the elective courses are used as a partition, and five different course models with obvious differences in class composition are obtained. After in-depth analysis of these curriculum models, several problems were found. For example, teachers' lesson preparation pressure and administrative homework burden are closely related. The more diversified the course planning and arrangement, the heavier the burden on teachers and administrative teams. High pressure has affected the school's choice of credit planning and study-program classigication. When faced with a critical decision, teachers will give priority to coursework needs and reduce administrative burdens, rather than meeting students' learning needs. Regarding the review of the 108-Curriculum credit planning for general high schools, the Ministry of Education used funding to encourage and subsidize the curriculum planning. In addition, the Ministry of Education has also proposed innovative methods to reduce the amount of teacher preparation and ease the differences in teacher qualifications. However, efforts are still to be made to reduce the school's administrative workload and narrow the differences in management and maintenance and social resources between schools.en_US
