Abstract
With the current trend of the digital age, electronic mobile payment tool models are becoming more and more diversified. In recent years, the development of mobile payment has gradually emerged since 2000. The scale of electronic mobile payment has grown the fastest in the global mobile payment market. This study considers the characteristics of electronic mobile payment tools, takes security and cost as external variables, and uses mobile technology acceptance models as the research reference framework to explore the usefulness and ease of use of electronic mobile payment tools, and continue to be used by customers Influence of intention. In this study, a questionnaire survey method was adopted through a deliberate sampling method to collect and analyze data from customers who had used electronic mobile payment tools. 202 valid samples were collected. Research results: (1)"Security" does not significantly affect "Mobile Usability" ; (2) "Security" positively affects "Mobile Usability" ; (3) "Cost" positively affects "Mobile Usability" ; (4)"Cost" positively affects "usefulness of action" ; (5) "Ease of use" positively affects "usefulness of action" ; (6) "usefulness of action" positively affects "intention to use" ; (7 ) "Ease of use" positively affects the relationship between "use intentions".Based on hypothetical recommendations, this research believes that the safety, cost, convenience and speed of the use of electronic mobile payment tools by customers affect customers’ intention to use, and the relevantt research results can be used as reference for enterprise manufacturers of electronic payment tools services and subsequent researchers the reference.
