Abstract
學校諮商師理應參與注意力缺陷過動症學生的當斷與處遇,本文目的:(1)介紹ADHD的基本概念。鑒於一般人對ADHD的迷思,提供諮商師如何針對這些迷思,澄清大眾對ADHD的錯誤觀念。(2)介紹ADHD的診斷方法。包括評量的技術和診斷的過程,評量的技術特別強調多元化評量。(3)介紹ADHD的處遇。強調採取「綜合性治療方案」,包括藥物治療、親職教育與父母諮商、個別和團體諮商、課業輔導等方式。
School counselors should participate in the diagnosis and treatment of students with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. The purpose of this paper was to introduce 1. the basic concepts of ADHD; 2. the diagnosis of ADHD, and 3. the treatment of ADHD in order to provide references for counselors to clarify people's misconceptions of ADHD. The assessment techniques and diagnosis process of ADHD was introduced and focus on multidimensional assessments, and presented the comprehensive treatment program of ADHD, including medication treatment, parenting education, parent counseling, individual and group counseling, and study guidance.
