員工對企業托育服務滿意度、幸福感與工作投入關聯之研究

Abstract
隨著少子化時代的來臨和勞動人口銳減,企業紛紛推動家庭親善相關方案,以營造優質的勞動環境,提升員工工作投入度。本研究目的在瞭解新北市員工對企業托育服務滿意度、幸福感與工作投入之間的關係。並採問卷調查法,透過Google表單製作網路問卷,回收有效問卷 61 份,及發放紙本問卷318份,回收231份,共計有效問卷292份。經統計分析後,結果如下:(1)員工對企業托育服務滿意度與幸福感有顯著正相關;(2)員工的幸福感與工作投入有顯著的正相關;(3)員工對企業托育服務滿意度與工作投入也有顯著的正相關;以及(4)員工的幸福感在企業托育服務滿意度與工作投入之間有完全中介效果。
With the advent of the low birth rate era and the working population decline, corporates have to promote family-friendly related programs to create a high-quality working environment to promote their employees’ job involvement. The purpose of this study was to explore the relations among employees’ satisfaction on corporate child care service, well-being and job involvement in New Taipei City. A questionnaire survey was employed to attain the purpose. In total, there were 292 valid questionnaires returned, including 61 web-based ones and printed ones, respectively. As a result of statistical analyses on data collected, the following findings are obtained: (1) Employees’ satisfaction on corporate child care service and well-being commitment are significantly; (2) Employees’ well-being and job involvement have a significant and positive correlation; (3) Employees’ satisfaction on corporate child care service and job involvement have a significant and positive correlation; and (4) Employees’ well-being is a complete mediation between their satisfaction on corporate child care service and job involvement.
